RE: Hive Dev Proposal #2

in HiveDevs6 days ago

Thank you for the Hive Dev proposal #2.

The work summary and roadmap are very detailed and demonstrate tangible technical progress. I appreciate the catalog of completed features (modern UI block explorer, balance tracker, health checker, CSV export, profile tab, VOPS support) and the contribution figures (320+ issues, 330+ merge requests), which demonstrate the team's productivity.

The proposed roadmap, custom modular dashboard, interactive financial sunburst, user authentication, RC visualization, and delegation map demonstrate a strong focus on analytics usability and user personalization.

The proposal's key strengths are its technical transparency, HAF integration, and focus on public APIs, which facilitates third-party adoption. I recommend sharpening priorities: start with per-user authentication and configuration storage, and document early versions of the API to allow integrators to test more quickly.

Add measurable success metrics per milestone (e.g., API response time, DAU/MAU, sunburst accuracy) and a load and security testing plan to mitigate production risks.

Also consider a demo community adoption roadmap, bug bounties, and sample dApp integrations, so that analytics and visualization features reach real users early on. Overall, this proposal is promising and deserves more concrete timelines, budgets, and metrics. Thank you.
