Account history is served from HAfAH (a separate API server that uses HAF), so it will not show in get_methods for the nodes that use it as it only returns the methods supported by hived.

Some nodes are still running the old account_history_rocksdb and the corresponding account_history_api plugins hence they are still showing up in get_methods for those nodes.
