IMO you should work on a good Advertisement backend where users can bid on keywords/ tags and topics for simple banners. I know you think that doesnt work, but i tell you if its 1 cent for 1000 views i would buy them all. 2 cent same.
So there are for sure other people too that would do the same and the price on some topics go up and you can make revenue. Other front ends could join too.
And if you are smart, you could do it beyond hive ( as soon enough buyers around) Advertisement paid by crypto.
Well i am sure the Answer is " many have tried and failed" Well because copy and paste a working system is better as reinvent the wheel.
Depending on DAO is like cancer. It will end up in a fail.
