The short URL is perfect for communities as I can't remember the hive number.
I just made https://myhive.li/rtw for the Review the World community.
The challenge for HIVE posts is that a post is only live for seven days. The ultimate URL shortener for HIVE would have links that could be updated. This is a huge hassle as it would require a HiveSigner login.
It looks like the start of a great URL shortening service.
I don't want to go all out and integrate it into the chain right now. It does have custom json capabilities so a lot is possible in the future.
