Para mi, una de las mejores creaciones del ser humano ha sido esto, la copita menstrual🩸. La forma en que simplifica la vida y la comodidad que aporta no tiene comparación. Siento que nosotras debemos vivir nuestro periodo tranquilas, que podamos continuar con nuestras actividades del día a día (y hasta poder ir a la playa) sin preocupación de nada. En mi caso, que soy una persona que se mueve mucho y utiliza por lo general ropa deportiva ajustada, desde que incorporé la Copa a mi vida todo es literal más bonito, jajaja.

Yo estuve varios meses, y capaz hasta un año sin la copa menstrual porque perdí la que tenía en aquel entonces, y me acordaba de comprarla cuando me venía el periodo jajaj, y bueno, nunca lo hice hasta enero de este año. Es una maravilla de verdad! Puedo entender que a muchas mujeres les genere cierto tabú o desconfianza, pero nada que ver. Primero, desde mi perspectiva, no deberíamos sentir rechazo por nuestro cuerpo y este caso, sangre, de esta forma tenemos claramente mucho más contacto con nuestra zona íntima, pero considero que hasta te ayuda a conectar más con tu feminidad.

La única desventaja que tiene es que debes cambiarte estando en tu casa o en un baño con mucha privacidad. Puedes durar hasta 12h seguidas con la copa puesta, pero no es la idea tampoco. Yo siempre intento de cuadrar mis horarios así llevé pocas horas con ella, para lavarla en mi casa y si en tal caso paso toda la tarde en la calle, estoy tranquila hasta la noche que me bañe y me la cambie nuevamente. Les juro que de resto ninguna queja jajaj. No se siente para nada y cuando descubres tu posición para quitarla y colocarla ese proceso es más rápido, que por lo general, es a lo que cuesta adaptarse al principio… recomiendo inclusive comprar esta específicamente, que va más adaptada a nuestra anatomía femenina, fíjense que es inclinada, porque está la copa clásica, que es totalmente redonda (fue la primera que tuve).
