I didn't know the video was never encoded on Threespeak. I went to bed after posting because I have a cold.
This video discusses how job programs often fail to assist individuals with disabilities. They don't understand we're in the program because we cannot work in fast food or retail jobs due to our disabilities, eg, someone cannot stand for long durations. Vocational job programs fail to understand systemic barriers that keep disabled people out of the workforce. E.g., "must be able to lift 60 lbs" when the job doesn't call for lifting. That's to weed out disabled people. Or requiring a driver's license when the job doesn't require driving, such as delivery, or services that require traveling to the customer's home, etc.
