Depends, nuggets most of the time you can get about twice the value of the gold at around two grams. The bigger the nugget the larger the premium. Gold dust is pretty much spot even though it's only about 22 carat.

It's a huge rush, that's what makes it so fun. But then there are trips you find next to nothing!

Turns out there's plenty of gold in Ireland, just not many people prospecting it seems. How much money would it take to get set up for prospecting. It rains here a LOT!!! So there could be new gold getting deposited all the time..
