Not sure I agree with the HBI being vote buying as used properly, it is a way to prop up and reward other users with a small insurance that once they have a permanent vote - the retention is harnessed. Retention is a major issue to tackle. Some of them though, you are on point. So I don't disagree with everything, but I don't agree with it all either. Opinions and all. Everybody has one.
He's getting most of his rewards from other sources than HBI, just cause he gives out some HBI units with them doesn't make it okay. You don't excuse a thief just cause he bought stocks and gave it to someone else when he bought it with stolen funds. Maybe in America, yes, but generally no.
