Hello everyone! How are you doing? In week 41, I’m back to share my progress on HIVE—still on my journey to grow my Hive Power and collect more SPS. This week, the crypto market has been quite interesting—BTC’s price dropped sharply, and HIVE also fell to around $0.7 before bouncing back to about $1.3. Even though the market has been pretty volatile, I’m trying to stay consistent with my weekly plan as usual. So, how did things go this week? Let’s take a look together!
🎯 Goal 1: 7500 Hive Power
- Last week’s progress: 6067 HP
- This week’s progress: 6128 HP
- Increase: 61 HP
- Weekly target: at least 76 HP

What affected it:
This week, I decided to change my post rewards to 50% Hive Power and 50% HBD, instead of 100% HP like before. I made this decision to keep my liquidity balanced while still growing my HP consistently. HIVE’s price dropped from around $0.185, but I’m hoping this will have a positive effect on my HP growth next week. I also managed to write almost every day, which definitely helped boost my overall rewards.
Reflection on the goal:
Still on the right track! Writing consistently and powering up weekly has proven to be an effective combo. If I can maintain this pace, reaching 7500 HP by the end of the year looks totally achievable.
💎 Goal 2: 25000 SPS
- Last week’s progress: 19339 SPS
- This week’s progress: 19382 SPS
- Increase: 43 SPS
- Weekly target: at least 180 SPS

What affected it:
This week’s SPS earnings were a bit below expectations. I didn’t play daily battles in Modern mode as much as usual, and that clearly impacted my rewards. Still, with the SPS price getting cheaper, it opens up a good opportunity—I’m planning to buy more SPS soon to cover the remaining target of around 5700 SPS.
Reflection on the goal:
Not great, but not bad either. BRAWL rewards were the main contributor this week. With a few small adjustments—like playing more regularly or buying at a lower price—the annual target still feels realistic.
⚡ Specific Challenge
The HIVE price movement still confuses me. When the price goes up, I’m happy because my assets are worth more—but it’s harder to increase HP. On the other hand, when the price drops, powering up is easier but the overall value decreases. It’s a funny contradiction that keeps happening every week.
🧭 Additional Plan
I’ll keep watching the HIVE price closely—selling to HBD when the price is high, and buying back when it drops. The difference I gain from that will be used to buy more SPS, especially when it’s at a low price. With this strategy, I hope both my HP and SPS will continue to grow steadily until the end of the year.
Conclusion:
Week 41 feels like a phase of adjustment. Even though the market is unpredictable, my consistent writing habit and small steady investments have kept my progress stable. Sometimes, what matters most isn’t how fast you grow—but how disciplined you are in keeping your pace every week.
