(RP) It's the first time this has happened in LE VILLAGE!
Yesterday, our inn's cook delighted us with a dish of snails he calls “Escargots à la Bordelaise”, and today he's run out of ideas.
This is totally unexpected, as he's been so creative lately, regularly sending us in search of ingredients for his creations.
Seeing him down and out, I suggest that he get our villagers and visitors to share their personal recipes, so that he can find some inspiration.
Enthusiastic about the idea, the cook gathered all the volunteers at the inn, donned a white chef's hat to help them concentrate and set them to work, asking them to write down all the recipes they knew.
I'm going to take this opportunity to launch a competition that might just stimulate them. Guess how many unknown recipes the cook will be offered?
I note down the entries on a little piece of paper I keep in my pocket.

Le cuisinier de notre auberge, nous a régalés hier avec son plat d'escargots qu'il appelle "Escargots à la Bordelaise", et aujourd'hui il est à court d'idées.
C'est totalement inattendu tant il a été créatif ces derniers temps, nous envoyant régulièrement en quête d'ingrédients pour ses créations.
Le voyant ainsi abattu, je lui propose des faire participer nos villageois et visiteurs afin qu'ils partagent leurs recettes personnelles, il en dégagera bien une inspiration.

Très enthousiaste à cette idée, le cuisinier a réuni tous les volontaires à l'auberge, les a affublés d'une toque blanche pour les aider à se concentrer et les a mis au travail, leur demandant de rédiger toutes les recettes qu'ils connaissaient.

Je vais en profiter pour lancer un concours qui va peut être les stimuler, devinez combien de recettes inconnues du cuisinier lui seront proposées?
