Fitness refers to being physically healthy, and anyone looking to live a long and purposeful life should work on improving their fitness. In some cultures, excessive weight is seen as a sign of illness, and it's important to be mindful of our weight for our overall well-being.

HERE'S A STORY TO LEARN FROM:
There's a man in my neighborhood who struggles with unmanageable weight. His weight has become a serious problem, causing him to fall ill every two weeks or so, making it difficult for him to seek medical help. Despite being a Fine Art Education graduate and a talented artist, his weight and physical health have prevented him from making good use of his skills and education.

He has applied for jobs, but his physical appearance has led to rejections. His weight and lack of fitness have become barriers to his success, and his only source of hope is his loving wife and two children.

His poor health has left him emotionally devastated, and he often struggles with a bad temper. This is not the life he imagined for himself as he grew into adulthood.

Visiting him often raises questions in my mind:

When did his weight problem start?
Did he take any steps to help himself? Did he seek medical advice?
Did he read articles or books about managing weight and maintaining fitness, like the one about jumping jacks?

If he had taken action earlier, things might not have turned out this way.
This is why delaying and procrastination are dangerous when it comes to health matters. You don't need to wait until your situation becomes as dire as his before taking action to improve your fitness.

Jumping jacks are a form of aerobic exercise and are known for being physically intense. One of the key benefits of jumping jacks is that they help maintain a healthy weight and burn fat in the abdomen, arms, and legs.

Good health is God's will for man, and it's not His intention for us to suffer from sickness, disease, and physical disabilities.
Many health issues are caused by neglecting to do what we should do. Therefore, physical exercise is beneficial for maintaining fitness.

Here's how to start doing jumping jacks:

  1. Stand straight with your feet together and hands by your sides(thigh).
  2. Once in position, jump with your feet spread wide and arms above your head simultaneously, forming a big cross shape with your body.
  3. Return to the starting position and repeat as many times as possible for better results.

Consistently working on improving your fitness shows that you are mindful of your well-being.
Developing a habit of regular exercise, like doing jumping jacks, can greatly benefit your overall health.
