What is WOO?
WOO, aka Wrestling Organization Online is an upcoming play2earn game on the Hive blockchain about wrestling. They aim to bring back territory wrestling, where the wrestlers are tradeable nft's. The public beta of the game launched on December the 13th. It's an autobattler in the theme of wrestling. There are 3 undercard events and 1 main event. Winning an undercard event gives you 1 point and winning the main event gives you 2 points, so 5 points are what we're fighting for. There are wrestler NFT's and manager NFT's which gives bonuses to the wrestlers. In the near future you'll be able to earn $WOO, just by playing the game, a real #play2earn game!

Above is what I am always sharing about what WOO is exactly. Though, today I am going to talk a bit more in depth what WOO is, as it's much more but I don't want to overwhelm new people too much in every article. As already mentioned, it's an autobattler game which aims to bring back territory wrestling, powered by the Hive blockchain. The cards used, are NFT's and can be traded. Another aspect which is really important is that WOO is partnered with several irl wrestlers and managers like Sonny Onoo, Perry Saturn, Raven, Terri Runnels, Mikey Whipwreck and plenty more.
The mission of WOO is to leave the wrestling space as a better space as they have found it. The wrestlers are often independants who have to work a lot, got quite some expenses like for traveling and having a high risk job. It wouldn't be the first time a wrestler got badly injured. The partners of WOO receive a part of the sales of their NFT's, which could add up quite fast. In return, the partners show up on AMA's and join the crew to physical events as well. Personnaly I really enjoy these partnerships, as it makes the project more tangible!
Ofcourse a project without a community would not work. In my opinion, WOO is doing a great job by building its community. They have an active discord, got a community on Hive and often there are Discord / Twitch AMA's being organized.
