Ohhhh No!!!!! Please don't push it to hard to hurt yourself!
This challenge is a good one, and with a gold finishing feeling, but it doesn't have to cause impairment in your personal wealth wile completing it...

I hope that today you are felling much better, and that you can manage to do your normal day life. If so, please consider the option of reducing the total number os squats, or at least less repetition per set... Try to do some warm up exercises, of the ankle, and if you feel pain or discomfort, my advise to you it is to call the day off for the challenge. You don't want to gain a long period pain situation in your foot...
