That's my question. Is the US becoming more friendly to cryptocurrencies? I'm not American so I have a hard time understanding how things work there even though we are inundated with information from American news agencies.
Lately it seems that Donald Trump and his team have become defenders of Bitcoin, before that didn't seem to be their policy. I wonder if it's an electoral tactic or a more underlying current. And if it would also involve the Democratic Party or is it going to be another one of those things to confront?

Trump's latest statements about the United States having to lead Bitcoin mining have left me a little puzzled. And I wonder if there is any legislative change in sight that could make this happen. Because I find it hard to believe that the United States is a paradise of cheap energy.
All this is creating a lot of controversy, especially in X where it seems that the crypto community has opposing opinions on this subject. Some are true fans who think this will give Bitcoin another dimension, while others see the danger of blockchain centralization.
I'm not sure what will happen, but 2024 could be a very interesting year without a doubt.
