Vibes Web3 Music Competition Week 39: “You’re the First, the Last, My Everything” by Barry White

Hello everyone, I welcome you all to another exciting edition of the Vibes Web3 Music competition. I’m very excited to be part of this week’s contest, its actually my first time though I’ve been following the community for long.

For week 39, I will be doing a cover of “You’re the first, the last, My Everything.” The song reminds me of a legendary movie, Money Talks, a high energy action-comedy movie that thrives on the chaotic performance of Chris Tucker.

Money Talks was released in 1997 and it features Franklin Maurice (Chris Tucker) and James Russell (Charlie Sheen) as the 2 major characters. These two started out as complete strangers from opposite world. Franklin is a slick, fast talking hustler and ticket scalper that owns a car wash in Los Angeles while James is a news reporter. They both went through chaos, danger, comedy, this build their trust and loyalty and they become each other's most trusted ally.
