Is there any other game that handles the ‘holy trinity’ concept so elegantly? Secret of Mana's story may have been simple, but the atmosphere and characters were unforgettable. Especially that weapon levelling system... I used to grind for hours! 🗡️ I agree about the remake, sometimes it's best to keep old games as heirlooms. I wonder if today's young people can show this kind of patience? 🤔

I would imagine that it was extremely tough for them to get this game right. The turn-based system was undoubtedly a lot easier to control and manage the difficulty but something that isn't going to wait for you would be much more difficult. I bet there was a ton of testing that had to go on to make this game so much as playable, let alone it becoming the legendary game that it was, is, and always will be.
