Las franquicias siguen llegando al país, ahora Bamolaco tiene una nueva tienda, esta vez se trata de "EPA" una ferretería muy famosa. Representada al estilo de Minecraft, fue construida con hormigón amarillo y blanco. Colores que representan a esta ferretería como lo es también el azul oscuro.

Fue realizada lo más parecida a las reales con ciertos retoques; que la hacen ver bien. Ubicada en la Avenida 1D, al lado del farmatodo, frente a la universidad. Contará con todo lo que necesiten los ciudadanos de Bamolaco para sus construcciones, desde todo tipo de herramientas y artefactos, Iluminación para el hogar o tu empresa, hasta todo tipo de bloques para que construyas eso que tanto sueñas. Lo que se te puede ocurrir para construir lo tendrá la gran ferretería EPA de Bamolaco.

Dicho al principio del post los materiales fueron hormigón amarillo, blanco y gris en su mayoría, también se utilizó madera de abedul, marcos y entre otros.

1 Lo primero fue ubicar el lugar donde sería construida la tienda, se noto que al lado del Farmatodo quedaba un espacio muy amplio luego de realizar las capturas del sitio surgió la idea de hacer la ferretería.

3 Bien una vez con todo calculado se inicia la construcción de los muros y de una vez el puesto de vigilancia.

4 Al lado de vigilancia se hace la entrada al estacionamiento y se inicia con la construcción del mismo utilizando hormigón gris un total de 11 bloques de ancho (5 ambos lados y en el centro hormigón blanco para separar los carriles). Al lado se hizo una entrada para las personas a pie.

6 Una vez relleno se hacen los espacios para los vehículos de 5*5 siendo separados con una marca de hormigón amarillo en el suelo. Se aplica a toda esa línea y se deja en el centro la misma cantidad de bloques (11) donde irán los carriles que separan el otro lado del estacionamiento. Seguimos marcando estos de en frente, se colocan bloques de hormigón con uno de separación y listo.

7 Ahora se realiza el piso del pasillo externo de la tienda, una vez terminado se comienza con la medición del tamaño total de la tienda y se marca el recuadro con hormigón amarillo.

9 Ahora se deben realizar las ventanas, estas en la parte frontal de la tienda y a su vez la entrada y salida. La salio es la que se divide en 2 secciones y la entrada es la más amplia. Se diseñaron las ventanas una mismo tamaño que la salida y otra de 10 bloques de ancho, para que la entrada se viera centrada. El resto fue de solo cristal.

11 Seguimos con la parte del frente y se realiza un detalle como un tipo de tejas, tanto arriba de las ventanas como en la parte más alta de la estructura.

12 Lista la parte externa, ahora se procede con el interior, para ser específico los estantes. Luego de medir que quedara el espacio suficiente para caminar entre cada estante se inició la construcción de los mismos. Elaborado con madera ya que se quería dar un toque único y el hormigón es muy repetitivo; se hizo el diseño, se le colocó un poco de hormigón para dar detalle, se colocaron marcos dónde irán los productos y listo. Lo siguiente fue colocar varios estantes para rellenar la tienda.

13 Seguimos con los estantes, esta vez en la pared derecha, se utilizó un madera de abedul, hormigón blanco y de manera continua se le dió la forma.
Como se veía bien el detalle de hormigón blanco se continúo hasta el final pero sin estantes.

14 Siguiente paso construir el área de cajas, se construyeron 2 diseños uno donde podrás pagar por si solo y en otro donde un cajero te atenderá. El orden fue 2 cajeros y 1 automático.

15 Al final de la tienda se construyo una oficina y aún seguía esa vaca.

16 Luego de la oficina se colocó cristal para separar el espacio donde iría la tienda de comestibles, se realizó la pared de hormigón, algunos detalles internos y listo.

17 Bien ya casi listo se procede a techar y colocar la iluminación tanto en el techo como en el suelo, utilizando linterna del mar.

18 Ya la tienda lucía muy bien, se le dieron otros retoque de iluminación y se colocaron con escotillas en la salida.

19 Ya terminada la parte interna nos dirigimos hacia afuera y notamos que faltan las icónicas letra en azul. Las colocamos, se abre el estacionamiento y ya está lista para ser inaugurada nuestra ferretería EPA.

😆 gabotask gracias por comentar, vamos para allá, ahorita está de moda el Hiper-Lider (antiguo SIGO) tengo pensado hacer uno desde hace tiempo pero este es bastante grande. Tiendas de ropa también es buena idea. Ahí vemos cuales se anexan a la ciudad. Gracias bro.
