Heroes never die 🎮 🏆🛡
After many years of playing Overwatch, the sequel to the competitive first-person hero shooter is finally upon us. Well, kind of.
Overwatch 2 was just released in early access form on October 4th. The game is transitioning to a free-to-play model, which means anybody on PlayStation/Xbox/PC/Switch will be able to play the game at no cost.
There is much controversy surrounding Overwatch as to whether or now 2 is a true sequel. As Blizzard once claimed, they are changing what the meaning of a sequel is with Overwatch 2.
The original Overwatch ceases to exist and will transform into a slightly altered Overwatch 2. There will be some new characters, maps, and modes. Most of the new content lies in tweaks to certain characters. The main change is going from 6v6 to a less chaotic 5v5. This means there will only be one tank on each team. That may sound like a tiny change, but it changes how the game plays entirely.
To me, it seems like Overwatch 2 is turning into a game more geared toward players like myself. I enjoy playing as a team, but I'm rarely on the mic and spend a lot of my moments trying to solo a team on a flank with heroes such as Reaper or Tracer.

In today's video, you will get to watch one of my first games of Overwatch 2. I will be comparing it to the original Overwatch game, which is still fresh in my mind as I was just playing it last weekend. I think this game is going to resurface as one of the most popular multiplayer titles. Going free very well may allow a large number of new gamers to fall in love with what Overwatch has to offer.

I have well over 100 hours with the original Overwatch and I see myself playing Overwatch 2 for many more years. There is a ton of content slated for future release and they even have huge plans for a PvE mode to compliment the competitive PvP.

After all the problems with the servers 😅, I was finally able to play yesterday. It feels very fun and most importantly, very alive, you don't last even 1 minute looking for a game and I think that's the best thing. I see a lot of illusion from people in general for OW2, I hope they do things right and manage to redeem themselves, I dedicated hundreds of hours to the first game.
Yesterday was my first full day getting to play too. I have been having so much fun though, the game is better than ever.
After a while after the first Overwatch release, I got to play it for a while on a family member's computer, the game was too cool and fun, I could not believe what I was playing, now I find out that there is a second installment, it really looks very interesting.
The skills of the characters are extremely good and the fantasy that there is instead to PVP are pretty good, good video brother, see it gave me a lot of nostalgia.
It’s one of the best FPS games available.
Every character feels distinctly different and it always feels so fun to play.
Haha damn that game looks like a lot of fun! The characters look cool and the gameplay looks sweet. I can't figure out your character in the first match (I stopped after that one, not sure if you played more, ran out of time) when it kept dropping the guns to reload or get new ones? Lol. That was weird.
The maps look awesome though!
So obnoxious with the stupid microtransactions and shit. Free to play but then you get charged for all kinds of stuff. Kiss my ass with that!
Man, I love Overwatch so much. I was using Reaper in the gameplay and yea his reload animation is pretty weird. He does indeed just drop them and new guns magically appear. Overwatch doesn't push itself to be realistic, that's for sure. I think that's okay though.
Lucky for me, I have so many cosmetic items that transferred from the old game that I won't need to purchase anything new. It does kind of suck to never be unlocking new stuff though unless you want to pay for the battle pass.

I am excited to see new characters developed in the new version, I think this version will bring many beginners fans, it's a nice experience
So far there are 3 new characters, all of which are female. Junker Queen is a tank, Soujourn is DPS, and Kiriko is the support character.
I loved playing 6 vs 6 it's more chaotic. The nice thing about Overwatch is that you can play and try it for free on PlayStation or XBOX too! That's great!
5v5 can still be pretty wild. It's the nature of Overwatch, every character has unlimited ammo and crazy abilities.

It is a fun and exciting game, I love fights and the experience of time travel around the world. worthy of praise.
Although launch day was a mess, this game will still be respected as one of the best multiplayer options.

Overwatch 2 just because it’s basically the same, but with more content.

100 hours in a single game I imagine it's one of his favorites. So it will do something very similar with Overwatch 2
