In this last conquest the king of the Saxons, Alfredo, is withdrawn in the city of Wessex. Eivor our protagonist calls all the representatives of the alliances that he forged during his passage throughout England, and Guthrum, the main Viking Jarl (a kind of greater ruler) is negotiating with Alfredo the surrender.
En esta ultima conquista el rey de los sajones, Alfredo, queda replegado en la ciudad de Wessex. Eivor nuestro protagonista llama a todos los representantes de las alianzas que forjo durante su paso por toda Inglaterra, y Guthrum, el principal Jarl vikingo (una especie de gobernante mayor) se encuentra negociando con Alfredo la rendición.
Alfredo asks what he wants, to which Guthrum responds: the Crown of Wessex. Obviously Alfredo refuses to hand it over, in exchange he asks them to withdraw from their lands, offering them a large quantity of silver, and not to end the Vikings, as he did with Uba, a great friend of Eivor.
Alfredo pregunta que es lo que desea, a lo que Guthrum responde: la Corona de Wessex. Obviamente Alfredo se niega a entregarla, a cambio les pide se retiren de sus tierras, ofreciéndoles una cuantiosa cantidad de plata, y que no acabara con los vikingos, como lo hizo con Uba, gran amigo de Eivor.
Afredo leave the negotiation site, hoping that we will be faithful to the agreement. Our protagonist is surprised not to know that Uba has been defeated by Alfredo, and asks Guthrum what he wants to do about it, and receives as an answer that Uba will be avenged and that he does not intend to respect such agreement, because they know that Alfredo is a deceptive snake.
Afredo se retira del sitio de la negociación, esperando que seamos fieles al acuerdo. Nuestro protagonista se sorprende al no saber que Uba ha sido vencido por Alfredo, y pregunta a Guthrum que desea hacer al respecto, y recibe como respuesta que Uba será vengado y que no pretende respetar tal acuerdo, porque saben que Alfredo es una serpiente engañosa.
It will not take long to realize that everything is indeed a hoax, because when leaving the cathedral, Alfredo's soldiers are already attacking ours, which ends up triggering the last battle for Wessex, and for the total domination of England. No tardaremos mucho en darnos cuenta que efectivamente todo es un engaño, porque al salir de la catedral, ya los soldados de Alfredo están atacando a los nuestros, lo que termina de desencadenar la ultima batalla por Wessex, y por el dominio total de Inglaterra.
