Mugen is wild. I love what people come up with! There's so many games built on Mugen that deserve so much praise. My favorite is the Mega-Man Robot Master Mayhem. It's really well polished with a solid roster.
There's a fork of Mugen called Ikemen, which was used as the framework for TMNT X Justice League Turbo.
Thank you for the heads up on the fork of Mugen, I was not aware of it. I usually lose a few hours when researching new mods, character packs, game packs, etc. 😂 Just so much cool stuff out there.
Oh, the TMNT X Justice League Turbo even got the blessing of one of the creators of TMNT! The guy even did up exclusive sketches for the showdown screen at the start of the battle! It also had a ton of local FGC support, including at Combo Breaker a few years back.
