También me ayudo a comprende a gamers en cuestiones de rendimiento físico ya que es muy cansado estar sentado tanto tiempo y la silla gamer se convierte en algo necesario para estar más cómodo, también el uso de bebidas energéticas ya que es mucho el degaste y al estar en una solo posición evita la fatiga mental y te ayuda a estar más alerta, aunque en lo personal no lo recomiendo ya que el uso de estas bebidas sin ejercitar tu cuerpo trae consecuencias físicas en mi experiencia en los riñones ya que acumulas las sales y minerales y puede causar piedras en los riñones.
