When Mortal Kombat came out in 92, it was undoubtedly a revolution for the gaming industry, as there would be a whole new genre of fighting style. Of course, this has been improved over the years until we have Mortal Kombat 11, which according to the trailer is Robocop.
Now, since the fighting genre is so well received, they put Mortal Kombat creator Ed Boon in charge of one of the best video game projects DC comics has ever had, Injustice: Gods Among Us. A fighting genre game that gained a lot of attention in 2013.

During the success of Christopher Nolan's Batman trilogy, DC and Warner, wanted to have the same success in video games, since it is a very well cemented ground with DC characters and Batman Arkham games.
So Ed Boon did a job with a story very different from what we normally saw in the movies or series of DC comics, an alternate universe where everything changes. Injustice: Gods Among Us was released for PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, Xbox 360, Xbox 360 and Xbox 360.
PlayStation Vita, Xbox 360, Xbox One, Microsoft Windows, Wii U, Android, and iOS. And it can be played both in solo mode and complete the missions and side quests as well as in multiplayer mode.
Plot
In an alternate universe the joker drugs Superman with scarecrow toxins and Superman unknowingly kills Lois Lane who is also pregnant, and when he kills her a nuclear bomb detonates in a metropolis as the joker had set the bomb with Lois Lane's pulse, so Superman angrily kills the joker and imposes a new government where all the villains are killed.
In the original universe, the justice league is stopping the joker who is about to explode a nuclear bomb, and when they do so they are transported to the alternate universe where they are immediately persecuted for being threats, now the justice league must eliminate Superman's regime and save that land, while fighting hand to hand against the villains of that universe who are themselves, to end Superman's plans and restore order in that land.
Playbility
This video game combines an excellent story with an incredible playbility since at times they tell the plot and to resolve some conflicts or get out of situations you must fight melee against a villain or superhero.
What I liked most about this game were the powers that each character has, depending on what you choose they are different, from making a combo of shock with a motorcycle or a car to run at full speed and make a super hit, they are very varied and some stronger than others.

For a game of 2013 Injustice: Gods Among Us has excellent graphics thanks to the use of the Unreal Engine 3, very famous for being used in popular games like Gears of War and Unreal Tournament 3, and although it is a graphics engine designed in 2006, it still gives good results for a game of 2013.
The sound section is also another aspect that highlights this game, as in the dialogues of the characters, in moments of action, explosions, or sounds emitted by the combos of powers, all are impeccable and consistent with the plot and the moment.
Conclusion.
Injustice: Gods Among Us is a new way of making games for DC. Since all the games that had been tried were of the first person or puzzle solving type. But this game combines a good story like Flashpoint and a fighting style like Mortal Kombat or Street Fighter, achieving a truly epic game.
As this first game had great acceptance and a good reception from the fans for all consoles released a second part where it unfolds more and faces a new threat, but I'll talk about that in another review later.

Cuando salio Mortal Kombat en el año 92, sin duda fue toda una revolucion para la industria de los videjuegos, ya que habria todo un nuevo genero del estilo de luchas. Claro esto lo hemos visto mejorar a lo largo de los años hasta tener el Mortal Kombat 11, que segun el trailer sale Robocop.
Ahora, como el genero de lucha es tan bien recibido, pusieron al creador de mortal kombat Ed Boon a cargo de uno de los mejores proyectos de videojuegos que ha tenido DC comics Injusticie: Gods Among Us. Un juego de genero de lucha que hizo ganar mucha atencion en el 2013.

En medio del éxito que tenían la trilogía de Batman de Christopher nolan, DC y Warner, quisieron tener ese mismo éxito en los videojuegos, ya que es un terreno muy bien cimentado con los personajes de DC y los juegos de Batman arkham.
Así que Ed Boon realizo un trabajo con una historia muy distinta a lo que normalmente veíamos en las películas o series de dc comics, un universo alterno donde todo cambia. Injusticie: Gods Among Us fue lanzado para PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4
PlayStation Vita, Xbox 360, Xbox One, Microsoft Windows, Wii U, Android y iOS. Y se puede jugar tanto en modo solitario y completar la misiones y misiones secundarias como hacerlo en modo multijugador.
Trama
En un universo alterno el joker droga a Superman con las toxinas del espantapájaros y Superman sin saberlo asesina a Lois Lane que también está embarazada, y cuando la asesina una bomba nuclear detona en metrópolis ya que el joker la había configurado la bomba con el pulso de Lois Lane, así que Superman enojado asesina al joker e impone un nuevo gobierno donde todos los villanos son asesinados.
En el universo original la liga de la justicia está deteniendo al joker que está a punto de estallar una bomba nuclear, y cuando lo hacen son transportados al universo alterno donde inmediatamente son perseguidos por ser amenazas, ahora la liga de la justicia debe eliminar el régimen de Superman y salvar a esa tierra, mientras luchan cuerpo a cuerpo contra los villanos de ese universo que son ellos mismos, para acabar con los planes de Superman y restaurar el orden en esa tierra.
Jugabilidad
En este videojuego se combina una excelente historia con una increíble mutabilidad, ya que por momentos cuentan la trama y para resolver algunos conflictos o salir de situaciones debes luchar cuerpo a cuerpo contra algún villano o superhéroe.
Lo que más me gusto de este juego fueron los poderes que cada personaje tiene, que dependiendo que elijas son distintos, desde hacer un combo de choque con una moto o un carro a correr a toda velocidad y hacer un súper golpe, son muy variados y unos más fuertes que otros.

Apartado sonoro y visual
Para ser un juego del 2013 Injustice: Gods Among Us cuenta con excelentes gráficos gracias a que usan el motor grafico Unreal Engine 3, muy famoso por usarse en juegos populares como Gears of War y Unreal Tournament 3, y aunque es un motor gráfico diseñado en el 2006 sigue dado buenos resultados para un juego del 2013.
El apartado sonoro es también otro aspecto en que destaca este videojuego, ya que en los diálogos de los personajes, en los momentos de acción, las explosiones o los sonidos que emiten los combos de poderes, todos son impecables y concordes con la trama y el momento.
Conclusión
Injustice: Gods Among Us es una nueva manera de hacer juegos para DC. Ya que todos los juegos que se habían probado eran del tipo primera persona o resolver puzles. Pero en este juego se combina una buena historia como la de Flash point y un estilo de pelea como Mortal Kombat o Street Fighter, logrando un juego realmente épico.
Como este primer juego tuvo gran aceptación y un buen recibimiento de parte de los fan para todas las consolas sacó una segunda parte donde se desenvuelve más y enfrentan a una nueva amenaza, pero eso lo hablare en otra reseña más adelante.
