It would be very interesting if it tracked your browser / IP address, and never let you play the game again - giving you truly only a single opportunity to play the game.
Old(er) games were exactly like this, with there being passcodes generated to "skip" to later levels, because there were no save functions in the games.
Things have changed a lot now. You can always play hardcore mode in action RPGs, because there, once you're dead, it is all over. :)
