Colossal Udyr! TFT Set 15

There are multiple ways to play a composition in TFT. For example, when playing Ashe, you can play through both Crystal Gambit and Duelist. This is entirely situational; choose whichever one your spot is better for. Today, I'll show you how to play through Duelist.

This game featured Yasuo, who visited us and mentioned we'd finish the game with three gold augments. This means there won't be any one-gold hero augments.

Actually, I had a good Battle Academia start at the beginning of the game, but I was undecided about what to play, so I chose Time Skip as my first augment. This augment disables your shop for 3 turns and then grants 28 XP.

The early game was quite good for me. Especially after getting 28 XP, I won two fights in a row. This augment will give me the chance to see 4-gold champions early on.

I chose Sated Spellweaver as my second augment. Maybe I should have chosen this augment first, and honestly, I didn't want it. I had to choose it while looking for a better augment. Keepers would have been a much better choice. If you're stuck between the two, choose that one.

Unfortunately, the mid-game wasn't as good as I expected. I was hoping for a winning streak because I had a 2-star Udyr in the mid-game. Udyr is a great tank because he's both a duelist and a Juggernaut.

For the final augment, I chose Healing Orbs. This augment restores 400 health to the closest champion when you kill an enemy. Since I'm playing a duelist composition, I don't think I'll have trouble killing enemies. Udyr will be a good tank in the front lines, and if he gets 400 health back every time I kill an enemy, he could become immortal.

I selected the augment quickly, which gave me the chance to spend my gold fast that round. If anyone else is playing this composition, I need to find Ashe before they do. I did just that, searched immediately, and got Ashe to 2 stars. I don't think I'll lose for a long time now because I have a good carry and a good tank.

Everything is going as planned. As you can see, I defeated the Star Guardian composition, and even though some of my champions died, my main tank, Udyr, is still at full health. Because his health regenerates as enemies are killed.

Now what I need to do is level up to the next tier and find Lee Sin and Zyra because there's nothing else I can do here. Maybe I could try to get Ashe to 3 stars or try to get Udyr to 3 stars, but there's no need for that. Udyr is tanky enough at 2 stars, and it makes more sense to level up my board to guarantee a power boost.

My opponent was playing Kaisa as a carry, but guess what was missing. They hadn't 3-starred Kaisa, so I easily defeated them. If you're playing a 2-gold champion as a carry, you absolutely must 3-star them.

Wow! I didn't expect to beat 7 Mighty Mechs so easily. It may not have seemed that easy to you, but it was an easy victory because my main carry and main tank were still at full health. What made this possible was that I gave them the right items. Yes, not the best items. For example, the best items for Ashe are Guinsoo's Rageblade, Kraken's Fury, and Edge of Night, but since I couldn't find all of them, I gave her two Guinsoo's Rageblades and a Hand of Justice. When I find a better item, I'll remove the Hand of Justice and give it to Lee Sin.

Speaking of items, the best items for Udyr are Sterak's Gage, Gargoyle Stoneplate, and Titan's Resolve. I gave him Sunfire Cape instead of Gargoyle Stoneplate because my items suited it.

I lost after a long time, and my opponent was playing an Ashe composition. Of course, he played differently, but I didn't understand how I lost. In my opinion, I should have won easily...

Then I lost another fight to a Prodigy composition, which is normal because my opponent had a 2-star Seraphine. Mine were still 1-star Lee Sin, Sett, and Zyra.

Ahh, losing so close to someone playing a similar composition to mine is frustrating. I wish I could have chosen my augments better...

The second time we faced off, I beat the Prodigy composition because this time Lee Sin and Sett were 2-star.

In the final battle, I faced a 7 Mighty Mech composition and unfortunately couldn't defeat it. The composition was overly powerful; they had managed to find all their champions. Maybe if I could have made a 3-star Udyr, I could have defeated them because a 3-star Udyr is truly an incredible tank, but it didn't happen.
