Hello, Everyone.
In my previous post, I shared how I managed to infiltrate the palace and find out where the cult soldiers were holding up Queen Unuratu. And I have to admit, it was quite the place they chose and a lot difficult to find.
Not, it's time to escape the place with her. And for that, I first had to convince her to gather her morale again and prepare her to fight. After that,t I broke a loose part of the prison cell wall using my climbing axe, and then we ran free using that hole.
But, we needed to cross a dangerous river flowing below, and another issue was that there were some guards on the other side. So, I chose the direct approach while Unuratu was approaching them from behind on another route.
I took down a few guards in stealth mode, but one of them became aware of my presence and tried to kill me. But Unuratu came to aid and killed that guard.
After that, we had to cross through some crazy places, and I recommend you watch these parts as you can see some crazy scenarios.
After a while, we finally arrived at the valley in front of the palace, where Pedro was killing the rebel soldiers that they kept as prisoners one by one. And he was saying that by killing them he is releasing them of their sins and allowing them to be on of the cult members and make their way to the heavens.
Time to take a risky climb to the emperor's tomb. We came here cause we believe that the missionary who took the box may have left some clues in the last emperor's tomb of Paititi. But to avoid the guards and access the backdoor, I needed to take a dangerous climb first.
After finally reaching the tomb, I found the place where the box was last placed. But, as expected, the box was not there. But there was some sort of object placed there instead of the box and after transleting the symbols, Lara found out that the meaning is, "The Heart of The Serpent is in The Cup." After all those hard work, I reached to just another riddle.
Lara was planning ti explore a little bit more but just then heard some shouting coming from outside. And when she same out, she saw Unuratu fighting with a lot of soldiers.
Gladly, she is a fine warrior and was handling those soldiers well. They were no match for her.
But, just then a soldier shot her from back with a rifle. It was one of the commanders of the trinity army. Lara tried to help Unuratu to recover but there was nothing to do as the bullet ripped her from one side to another. Unuratu gave er necklace to Lara and told her to make sure that her son Prince Etzil gets is as he is the next true leader of Paititi.
That soldier warned the others about me and I was sorrounded from everywhere. The battle was crazy hard and I died 4-5 times trying to pass this phrase of the mission. And after a lot of hard work and strategies, I was finally able to move past this final obstacle.
I finally met the rendezvous and found Jonah waiting there for me with a boat. And just then Etzil reached there and he was looking for his mother. It broke my heart to deliver him the news but I had to and informed him about her last of him to be the next leader.
Thta was the end of our days as Paititi. Me and Jonah were on our way to our next destination. Just then a chopper appeared and just smashed our boat with it's heavy machinegun firing. I somehow survived that and reached the ground by diving underwater. But just as I came out, a soldier cought me and there was a heavy hand-to-hand combat between him and lara in cinematic mode. I only wish that I could use all those moves in real when I'm fighting enemies with her character. She's just invincible in that state.

The twists in this story keep getting better. That showdown with the soldier was brutal. I'm looking forward to seeing how you tackle the next challenge.

STOPSad ending for Unuratu, man. I remember my playthrough of this game and the way it plays with your emotions is not easy to achieve.
Hoping they will make a new Tomb Raider game soon, not just remastering old ones.
