The new game, simply called Skate, will be available in early access starting on September 16th. And the best part? It's completely free to play! So you can try it out without spending a penny. The game will be on almost every platform: PC (via Steam and Epic Games Store), PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S. Plus, it supports cross-play (playing with people on different platforms) and cross-progression (your progress can be continued on another device).

Developed by a new studio called Full Circle, this game is part of a "live service" model that's free to play.From the trailer, we can already see the peaceful vibe of the fictional city San Vanamsterdam, along with the cool and sometimes clumsy skateboarding action.

By releasing it for free across all platforms, EA is clearly trying to reach a wider audience while also treating long-time fans who’ve waited for this game for over a decade.

I heard a lot about Skate way back but never actually played it myself.
Oh, same here! I used to only play Tony Hawk on PS2, But from what I've read and seen, Skate is completely different in concept compared to Tony Hawk. 😁
