You make a great point about voice acting. It's especially obvious in TLOU. As you pointed out, the OG voice actors are too iconic. Troy Baker is a legend. So it's understandable localization dubs would feel inferior.
I'm glad you liked it, it's a topic I wanted to talk about mostly because of TLOU, that game is legendary just as it's voices, it was hard to choose just a couple of moments, there are other very good scenes with very good voice acting (the rest of the game lmao), thanks for your comment!
I can definitely understand why you want to talk about TLOU. It's indeed legendary. I hope could play it for the first time someday as the PS5 remake :D
