I think it's a good use case for Splinterland cards but I think it's hard to reach the point where you get a lot of rewards without investing. At least without the crates, I don't think it will be that easy.

    Yes the rewards depend on the cards you have in your collection and the Splinterforge cards found in the crates but even if the gains are small the game takes little time and I start the battles on Splinterforge during the waiting time of the Splinterlands battles ;)
    I will use Splinterforge as a free to play and only then will I evaluate whether to make a small investment or not ;)
