Mi Experiencia En El Evento Hive Play 2 Earn Venezuela

Hola a todos, este es en definitiva una publicación muy especial para mí, es mi experiencia como uno de los organizadores del primer evento organizado en Venezuela que se enfoca en los diversos juegos que nos ofrece la Blockchain de Hive, todo un reto para nosotros y el quipo de la ciudad de Barquisimeto, sin embargo, aceptamos el reto y el resultado simplemente es fantástico.
Luego de la visita del equipo de @hivecratorsday decidimos organizar nuestros eventos y planificar una agenda para ello, el primero era este, enfocado en su totalidad a los juegos de la blockchain de Hive, juegos que nos apasionan y que deseamos que muchos conocieran en ese mismo evento.
¿Por qué Hablar de los Juegos en Hive?
Lo primero es que esta blockchain posee muchas ventajas para el desarrollo de los juegos Play to Earn, por lo que existen muchos juegos de diferentes temas y mecánicas aquí. En nuestro entorno, hablando con otros Hivers, descubrimos un problema en común, muchos deseaban jugar, pero no sabían cómo hacerlo, aunque buscaban información, en algunos casos no se atrevían a comenzar a jugar porque deseaban conocer más, sobre todo, conocer a personas que les haya funcionado el jugar estos mismos juegos, este es un factor muy importante para la adopción de estos tipos de juegos.
Este evento lo organizamos desde dos puntos de vista, desde las características básicas y primeros pasos para cada uno de los juegos, como también desde un punto de vista de experiencia, todos los que estuvieron en ese local observaron que si vale la pena jugar en Hive gracias a varios testimonios y experiencias expuestos en el lugar.
Mi experiencia como miembro del equipo organizador del evento #HivePlay2Earn
Me encantan los videojuegos, es parte de mi personalidad y eso lo he demostrado en muchas oportunidades en esta misma comunidad, sin dudas en mi infancia jamás pensé que iba a hablar en un evento dedicado a jugar videojuegos, sobre todo por mi tipo de personalidad introvertida, sin embargo, Hive ha causado un cambio enorme en mí, ahora me apasiona hablar de todo lo que ofrece la blockchain y en este caso sus juegos que son tan entretenidos.
Cuando comenzamos a organizar este evento, simplemente no sabíamos cómo comenzar, no teníamos un ejemplo de otro evento pasado, así que construimos desde cero esos cimientos para lograr nuestro objetivo. Confieso que conversábamos sobre algunos posibles patrocinadores y la manera en que se buscarían los recursos para reunir a tanta gente y ofrecerles un espacio agradable, incluyendo un sabroso refrigerio. No les miento, por momentos sentí susto de que debíamos pagar con nuestros fondos personales el lugar, sobre todo al comenzar a organizar, sin embargo, tuvimos un apoyo increíble que no había imaginado desde que se colocó la idea del evento sobre la mesa.
Organizamos desde un principio a organizar, sin embargo, el tema de los recursos que necesitábamos para poder efectuar el evento fue una causa que nos hizo atrasarnos unos días, por lo cual el post oficial, haciendo la invitación, se publicó a menos de dos semanas del evento, algo que deseo mejorar para el próximo encuentro.
Salto de Fe
Para los gamers, es fácil recordar ese famoso salto en los videojuegos de la saga de Assassin's Creed, donde el personaje salta desde un lugar muy alto, pero cae totalmente ileso, ese salto es comparable con lo que realizamos en Barquisimeto – Venezuela, ya que al principio no contábamos con los recursos y teníamos algunas dudas de si podíamos conseguirlos, además, nos preocupaba la receptividad sobre las personas, indiferentemente si estaban dentro o fuera de Hive. En mi caso particular sentía que no tenía la experiencia de hablar sobre los juegos, deseaba que los creadores o los administradores de estos juegos los explicaran cada uno de ellos, sin embargo, debí enfrentar cada duda para seguir adelante con el evento #HivePlay2Earn.
Cuando llenamos todos los puestos disponibles fue un gran alivio, además, cuando algunos patrocinadores particulares ofrecen su apoyo, fue un momento de alegría, es una sensación indescriptible, “lo estamos logrando”, así que trabajamos arduamente para sacar adelante con este evento, incluso en este momento seguimos trabajando debido a que deseamos publicar un reporte detallado, así que nuestra labor aún no ha terminado.
Receptividad del Evento #HivePlay2Earn
Me sorprendió la energía y la receptividad del evento, incluso personas que no se encontraban en nuestra ciudad se hacían sentir por Twitter y por la transmisión por Youtube que se estaba realizando en vivo, esto para un organizador, es un sabor tan dulce como la miel, que las personas salgan por la puerta felices y deseosos de conocer más sobre los juegos en Hive, la energía era indescriptible sobre todo cuando comenzamos a premiar a los visitantes y jugar en vivo con personas en el evento así como también con personas que nos veían por YouTube.
Hasta los dueños del @anticafepastisse se emocionaron e incluso se llevaron un premio de este evento, deseosos de que volvamos a llevar un nuevo evento sobre Hive y sus juegos a sus instalaciones, no hay mayor recompensa que saber que todos salieron felices deseosos de jugar y seguir jugando con los juegos de esta magnífica blockchain.
Me alegra el hecho de que todos los que asistieron obtuvieron algún premio, nadie se salió por la puerta con las manos vacías, esto gracias a algunos patrocinadores particulares que nos apoyaron bastante y de los que estoy completamente agradecido. Sé que vendrán muchos eventos sobre los juegos Play2earn en Hive y esperamos haber sido de ayuda para impulsar en otras regiones este tipo de eventos.

My Experience as Part of the Organising Team of the First Hive Play 2 Earn Event in Venezuela

Hello everyone, this is definitely a very special post for me, it is my experience as one of the organizers of the first event organized in Venezuela that focuses on the various games offered by the Hive Blockchain, quite a challenge for us and the team of the city of Barquisimeto, however, we accepted the challenge and the result is simply fantastic.
After the visit of the @hivecratorsday team we decided to organize our events and plan an agenda for it, the first one was this one, focused entirely on the Hive blockchain games, games that we are passionate about and that we want many to know in that same event.
Why talk about the games on Hive?
The first thing is that this blockchain has many advantages for the development of Play to Earn games, so there are many games of different themes and mechanics here. In our environment, talking to other Hivers, we discovered a common problem, many wanted to play, but did not know how to do it, although they were looking for information, in some cases they did not dare to start playing because they wanted to know more, especially to meet people who have played these same games, this is a very important factor for the adoption of these types of games.
We organised this event from two points of view, from the basic characteristics and first steps for each of the games, as well as from an experience point of view, everyone who was in that place observed that it is worth playing in Hive thanks to several testimonies and experiences exposed in the place.
My experience as a member of the #HivePlay2Earn event organising team
I love video games, it is part of my personality and I have demonstrated that on many occasions in this same community, no doubt in my childhood I never thought I would speak at an event dedicated to playing video games, especially for my introverted personality type, however, Hive has caused a huge change in me, now I am passionate about talking about everything that the blockchain offers and in this case their games that are so entertaining.
When we started organising this event, we simply didn't know how to start, we didn't have an example of another past event, so we built from scratch that foundation to achieve our goal. I confess that we talked about possible sponsors and how we would find the resources to gather so many people and offer them a nice space, including tasty refreshments. I won't lie to you, at times I was scared that we would have to pay for the venue out of our personal funds, especially as we began to organise, but we had incredible support that I had not imagined since the idea of the event was put on the table.
We organised from the beginning to organise, however, the issue of the resources we needed to make the event happen was a cause that made us delay a few days, so the official post, making the invitation, was published less than two weeks before the event, something I wish to improve for the next meeting.
Leap of Faith
For gamers, it is easy to remember that famous jump in the video games of the Assassin's Creed saga, where the character jumps from a very high place, but falls completely unharmed, that jump is comparable to what we did in Barquisimeto - Venezuela, because at first we did not have the resources and we had some doubts if we could get them, also, we were worried about the receptivity of people, regardless of whether they were inside or outside Hive. In my particular case I felt that I didn't have the experience to talk about the games, I wished that the creators or the administrators of these games would explain each of them, however, I had to face every doubt to go ahead with the #HivePlay2Earn event.
When we filled all the available slots it was a great relief, moreover, when some particular sponsors offer their support, it was a moment of joy, it is an indescribable feeling, "we are making it", so we worked hard to move forward with this event, even at this moment we are still working because we want to publish a detailed report, so our work is not finished yet.
Receptiveness of the #HivePlay2Earn Event
I was amazed by the energy and receptivity of the event, even people who were not in our city were making themselves felt through Twitter and through the live YouTube stream, this for an organizer, is a taste as sweet as honey, people walking out the door happy and eager to learn more about the games at Hive, the energy was indescribable especially when we started to reward visitors and play live with people at the event as well as people watching us on YouTube.
Even the owners of @anticafepastisse were excited and even took away a prize from this event, eager for us to bring another event about Hive and its games to their premises, there is no greater reward than knowing that everyone left happy eager to play and keep playing with the games of this magnificent blockchain.
I am happy that everyone who attended got a prize, no one walked out of the door empty handed, this is thanks to some very supportive private sponsors and I am completely grateful to them. I know there will be many more Play2earn gaming events to come at Hive and we hope to have been of help in pushing these types of events in other regions.
