I'll give you the biggest puzzle you have to solve yourself: Heavy Rain is one of the interactive games.
The world was created by Quantic Dream studio which decided to create a game, so strongly influencing our imagination that it will go down in history and so it happened for the studio salutary and damned.
The game is a combination of an adventure game with elements of the Noir crime story with a quick press of a button.
The game is not a typical one-line story because while playing, we play the role of one of the characters that is important in the plot at the moment.
There are four completely different characters in the game:
Ethan Mars, a former architect, who fell into depression after the accident where his 10-year-old son Jason went missing. His plot is the greatest because he is the one we will control most of the game, he is a character who will have to solve some puzzles to get to his son.
The second character we control is Norman Jayden, an FBI agent who is investigating mysterious murders in the city and asks the inscription to set up who kidnapped Jason, in the game he takes some specifics and uses special glasses that increase the field of vision, he is accompanied by an FBI partner who is highly nervous.
Madison Paige - a young journalist who suffers from insomnia and is looking for evidence on her own that leads her to the murderer. It hides a lot and can also find a lot. One of the most interesting characters in the game.
Scott Schelby, an old detective who drinks everyday life in a bottle of alcohol, helps a prostitute not to be beaten up, and searches for the murderer himself.
Each of these characters has its own characteristics and disadvantages, has its charms and dislikes.
The creators entered a higher level of realism by creating an extremely interesting interactive movie that each player could play alone at home.
A mysterious murderer, kidnappings and the desire to get his son back are just some of the elements of a great game.

In the game, we have dialogues to choose from as well as quickly pressing the appropriate button to enter the appropriate interaction.
Writer and creator David Cage, creating Heavy Rain can be said to grow on the interesting Thrillers of the 90s and apparently on its experiences.

The game is completed with a great Havok engine which makes everything in 2010 very realistic and the characters themselves were generated by Motion Capture and actors.
The game is also a drama to a large extent, because only our decisions will depend on whether we can find the murderer with Origami or find Jason and how far the reporter will go in her investigation.
Each of our decisions affects the world around us. I played the game in 2012 and I passed it twice (two out of four endings), unfortunately, after years I sold it and regrets it in the long run because it is one of those titles that are meant to be on the ps3 shelf.
The game is conducted in such a way that we do not know who the killer is and each of the characters seems positive to us, but the end is strong and shocking, we will live to see a sudden attack that we do not expect at all. Even if we play poorly, the game lets us go on, creating a bad ending, the characters react to a given situation automatically.
The add-on to the game is great, it tells about Madison and her earlier case, which only after a few years I managed to play, sometimes even sticks to the chair when it comes to atmospheric Thriller and crime fiction.
If you haven't played the best heavy Rain game yet because it's the best game. However, after it the creators came to the conclusion that this type of games will be something great, unfortunately the later games of the studio were not as powerful an emotional bullet as the famous Heavy Rain and Detroit Become Human was only correct (Beyond is considered the worst game in the studio)
Heavy Rain started the trend of interactive games that are with us to this day and soon there will be a new Life is Strange which is also in a way an interactive movie.
I recommend Heavy Rain for me, through actions, drama and a surprising finale, receives a score 10/10 because it is a game that revolutionized the concept of games in 2010 and many others draw handfuls from the successful production of Quantic Dream

I always stop playing this game after losing the kid in the mall lol dunno why I should try to finish it sometime.
The sequence you describe is quite simple :) just search and press Jason;> and seriously, it is worth giving this game a dose of notice because it is very addictive .The first time I did not manage to go like that, but thanks to this I got to know the worst and best ending of the story because the criminal lived in freedom, so here it was like an end like from the Zodiac movie, in the second attempt I managed to save, but I think this is the bad end for the best :) Thank you for the comment
once I had the opportunity to play it, a friend had the game on his PS3 and invited me to play it and start a game from scratch, what did I do? I ignored it completely and it didn't catch my attention, I just watched it play, it seemed fun, but playing and doing it myself didn't really appeal to me, now that I read your post I understand more about its history and its great gameplay and I wish I had played it.
