It has been a while since we have seen...

It has been a while since we have seen a bit of Rising Star movement from the feed from my behalf. Not because we aren't doing anything with it, but more there wasn't much to tell at the moment, as I have been going steady over the last couple of weeks.

In case you are not aware of what Rising Star is, this is a click-to-earn kind of game where collecting cards is the base of game with a music theme to it. You are the lonely musician who is trying to make it in a land called Buskeria and you are playing missions to achieve your goal, which is naturally world domination.

In your missions you collect cards along the line, but doing missions will also cost you energy, which you can replenish with a pizza or a beer to get your energy back fast again.

With this cards you will get bigger rewards, and these rewards called Starbits are also able to be sold on for Hive.

So if this is only collecting why hasn't the ecosystem collapsed already?

That is because of the geniusness of the maker called @jux. Everytime different missions are being added to the game which also REQUIRE starbits again, or better said...You need Starbits to have Starpro to do the missions, and that is what we want. We want a way for the Starbits to stay ingame and that is working like a charm still.

As you can see the price of Starbits is holding up extremely stable towards Hive (which is ofcourse not doing all that well because of the market in general, but that doens't have anything to do with Hive itself), which makes it interesting to collect these Starbits and sell some here and there along the line.

When you look at my stats, I can make around 30K-35K Starbits per day which I buy some cards from and also get Starbits from it, but when I would sell these on the daily, that would give me a staggering 10 Hive per day, which is surely more than daily blogging.

But as said, I choose to also invest in the game, and that is why my income from this is stable and decent.

Music

What I would love to see more in this game is to see the records section take off. At this moment as a musician you can put your record online for people to 'buy' it for Starbits, owning the song NFT which is a cool feature.

I would love to see this workign a bit better getting more musicians to get their music online here and make this one big music promotion board just for people to get their recognition. Also this would require the incentive for people to want to buy this record, and I do think something is brewing here already in the minds of the makers.

Honestly, if you spend a fair amount of time on your computer or your phone, it is safe to say that it is a petty if you are not working the Rising Star game. You put in a click here and there whenever it suits you, and even if you don't have the time you can just put on some 4 hour missions and still get your share of rewards.

Collect NFTs and support musicians in their journey and even make a buck on the side. Why not?
