I finally reached Diamond 2 League in #Splinterlands for the first time guys and I couldn't be more happy and hyped about it!
I didn't even know how close I was when I started playing and recording.
While I was in the middle of completing my Quest I realised that I was 1 or 2 wins away from a new personal achievement and that's reaching Diamond 2!
It wasn't easy but I made it plus I got some pretty awesome rewards from today's #Quest!

I hope so man 'cause the new Splinterlands update will screw me up! I have only 100k Power so I can't climb higher than Gold 3 League...

Damn this is going to be a tough update! I had no idea. I’m in champion 2 consistently but my power is only 321k so I’ll be stuck at diamond 2. I’m definitely going to be trying to get to that 500k needed amount for champion to be worth it.
I get their ideas behind it with the rampant bot usage but it’s tough for the people who don’t invest a lot. Good thing I was planning on buying the 100 packs anyways lol I’m hoping that brings me up to at least 450k
Well, I was supporting this change but the points needed are too much! I mean I have bought more than 200$ worth of cards since I started playing and I wasn't so lucky while opening them so I only have 100k points!
There is no way I can find 500-800$ to invest in Splinterlands so I can climb to champion. I think they need to lower the ammount of power required so everyone can be happy!
I know this is a business but c'mon, that's a lot of money to invest in a game!
I wrote a comment at the update post and a guy told me that there are gonna be some sweet gifts and stuff every season for the best players in every League! Let's wait and see bro!
I love Splinterlands and that's the reason I do not want it to be a pay-to-play(win) game!
Yeah let’s hope they make some changes that even things out. It’s definitely a pay to play game, so many of them are nowadays. Takes the fun out of gaming in my opinion.
I’ll be grinding away collecting DEC to buy packs with their internal currency, I don’t think I’ll put more hive into it now.

I know it's a pay to play game and I payed to play! I mustn't pay more to grind at the highest division I can reach according to my skills. That's what I mean!
Pay some money to play is ok! Paying a fortune to play isn't!
Yeah I know it sucks that all games make you pay a fortune to play with the big boys. Makes me glad I only invested the money out of my pocket almost 2 years ago now lol instead of guys like Shoemanchu who dropped 15k+ USD into the game lol
