El día de hoy les quiero compartir mis experiencias como creador de contenido de videojuegos en Cuba, en este caso en particular el primer directo que realicé en mi canal de YT, cómo configuré todo y cuál fue el resultado.

Algunos acá en la comunidad habrán tenido la experiencia de realizar un directo, y realmente trabajar en todo lo que está por detrás no es sencillo 😅, nuestra audiencia solo percibe el resultado de unos cuantos clicks y configuraciones que tenemos que hacer para que el resultado sea el mejor. En mi caso cuento con una infraestructura podría decirse buena para transmitir, una laptop gamer y mi móvil, mi principal problema y razón por lo cual no lo había hecho antes es debido a mi internet.
Some here in the community may have had the experience of making a live broadcast, and really working on everything that is behind is not easy 😅, our audience only perceives the result of a few clicks and configurations that we have to do so that the result is the best. In my case I have a good infrastructure to broadcast, a gamer laptop and my mobile, my main problem and reason why I had not done it before is because of my internet.
Esta imagen muy descriptiva, parece una película de terror pero está basada en hechos reales 😅, esa es la velocidad que regularmente uso según el diagnóstico de Fast.com. En Cuba la tenemos bastante difícil con el internet, pero eso no nos ha cortado las alas, aunque si es bastante limitante. Ahora, en este caso es una conexión por wifi que la verdad la uso mayormente para jugar ya que me da mejor estabilidad, en cuanto a velocidad los datos móviles me pueden llegar entre 10 y 15mb/s, tampoco es mucho pero se nota la diferencia. El problema con los datos es que no son nada económico, y aquí es donde entran los datos ilimitados, una opción que para mí es perfecta (si es que logro conseguir una recarga 😅). Son planes que lanza nuestra agencia telefónica en los que si recibimos una recarga del exterior nos dotan con este tipo de bonos.
Esta vez un amigo me recargó y sentí que era el momento perfecto para probar a hacer un directo en YT, quería ver si el internet de mis datos compartido al pc iba a ser suficiente aunque tenía mis dudas.

This time a friend recharged me and I felt it was the perfect time to try to do a live on YT, I wanted to see if my data internet shared to the pc was going to be enough although I had my doubts.
Al principio pensé en transmitir jugando algunas partidas pero me llegó la oportunidad de transmitir un torneo de Mobile Legends que se está desarrollando actualmente y de una la aproveché ya que era mi nicho y me serviría para irme desarrollando. Preparé rápido escenas, transiciones, overlays, todo para hacer un poco más atractivo el live, aunque fuera una prueba quería que quedara lo mejor posible y cuando lo tuve listo entonces pasé a configurar los detalles de transmisión.
Como solo quería probar y además todavía dudaba de la calidad que tendría con mis datos móviles no quise forzar mucho y dejé configurado para emitir a 720p con 30 fotogramas por segundo, para lo que el mismo obs sugería tener una velocidad de alrededor de 10mb/s, crucé los dedos y lancé esta primera prueba. 😬🤞
At first I thought of broadcasting playing some games but I got the opportunity to broadcast a Mobile Legends tournament that is currently being developed and I took advantage of it since it was my niche and it would help me to develop. I quickly prepared scenes, transitions, overlays, everything to make the live a little more attractive, although it was a test I wanted it to look as good as possible and when I had it ready then I went on to configure the details of transmission.
As I just wanted to test and also still doubted the quality I would have with my mobile data I didn't want to force too much and left it set to broadcast at 720p with 30 frames per second, for which the same obs suggested to have a speed of around 10mb/s, I crossed my fingers and launched this first test. 😬🤞
Para mi sorpresa la transmisión salió super bien 😆. El video estuvo fluido, sin bajones de fps ni desconexiones, mi guerrero Xiaomi estuvo librando una pelea en desventaja mientras transfería datos y jugaban al mismo tiempo pero al final la pudo ganar jjj, la interacción con el público también me sorprendió, no pensé tener ni 3 personas mirando pero si 😅.
To my surprise the transmission went super well 😆. The video was fluid, no fps drops or disconnections, my Xiaomi warrior was fighting a fight at a disadvantage while transferring data and playing at the same time but in the end he was able to win it jjj, the interaction with the audience also surprised me, I didn't even think I had 3 people watching but yes 😅.
En fin, que a pesar de los pesares como se dice acá todo salió bien, y sobre todo ya se que es posible hacerlo. Cumplí una gran meta para mí y estoy muy feliz, y es por esto que los animo a ustedes, nunca se rindan y trabajen fuerte por sus objetivos. Por ahora me despido pero los veré pronto en un próximo post 🐍✨.
In short, that in spite of all the pains as they say here everything went well, and above all I know that it is possible to do it. Congrats on your first livestream. The first one is always the hardest. Hopefully, the internet situation will improve in Cuba soon. (It seems, Xiaomi is a strong fighter hehe)
