Released Gameplay video for Windbound
Deep Silver and 5 Lives recently released a new 20-minute gameplay video for their new survival game, Windbound. The video explains and details a number of features and characteristics of the game and extensively shows the many islands in the game.
Windbound is an adventure / survival game where your mission is to explore and travel through hundreds of different islands in a strange and beautiful new world where Kara, the main character, finds herself unconscious at the beginning of the game. As you gather resources from a variety of islands to create artifacts to help you with the arduous survival journey, you'll learn a lot about Windbound's world when you find special artifacts in secret islands. Your main vehicle in the game is a constantly upgradable boat. In each island you will find different creatures and monsters and unique weather that will sometimes make the island journey challenging. In addition, you may encounter deadly marine monsters on your way to your next destination. While the game gives you the opportunity to play secretly and evade dangerous monsters, you can create multiple weapons to protect yourself from any threat you encounter on the quest.
Windbound will be released on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC on August 28.
