It's been a while since we've opened a new map. There's an option of fast travel to maps a player have already visited and with a small convenience fee it's worth it. It could take a lot of time traveling from point to point even with mounts so this warp like feature makes things easier. I thought I had finished Rainbow Valley months ago but after trying to attempt to fast travel to the new map, Ruins of Atrasia, I realized that there is something more after that encounter with the Dark Lord Levant.

Meeting Luxerion brings in some of the most unexpected information of the story. Things like the Dark Lord Legions and the Black Circle are actually is something I really wouldn't expect as I thought they were cahoots on all the trouble happening in the kingdom of Evermore. Luxerion's title was the World Keeper of Light and if you play DOTA 1 you'd likely remember Ezalor. Yes, that old wise man ( who looks like Gandalf) riding his white horse who usually cast his first skill Illuminate behind the foliage. Anyways, Luxerion is a dragon which is quite fitting for his title.

After meeting Luxerion in Southern Heatherlands he brought us to Evermore Castle. We met Edelian which confirmed that his majesty was in a safe condition. His injuries were not very severe and even though that he was still at sleep it's likely that he'd wake up soon. Clu was really really upset since we almost find the whereabouts of the missing queen after we'd caught up to the Dark Lord Levant. But even if this NPC was somewhat right I thought that it was still impossible since the Dark Lord was still overpowered which was confirmed by Luxerion. Sir Fierce Fists was concerned about the Waivro tribe but Luxerion already confirmed that his goal was not to ruin the locals but to get the Sword of Discord.

There are many chitchats in between but after all of that we've finally arrived to our destination The Ruins of Atrasia. Apparently, Levant was the previous king of this ruined kingdom. But this map is really not very appealing. Witch's Woods is spooky but has a magical and light feel even if it was intended to be a scary map. The Ruins of Atrasia on the other hand smelled like pure corruption. Even Luxerion stated that it was a place he never wanted to return to. Before the power of Chaos corrupted the place this kingdom was once thriving. It's not as big as Evermore but there's life in every corner. The once crown jewel of the continent Moya is now but a ruin of a magical kingdom.

After the conversation, monsters started to appear. Although quite stronger they were the usual Vinewitch and Skelepaladin that can be found in other maps. After Luxerion transformed into his baby dragon form the following quests were mostly monster subjugation. If I remembered correctly we were tasked to eliminate 2 sets of 30 fire monsters. they were level 102 and above but it was still easy since our equipment was upgraded recently.

Defeating the monsters ended in a few minutes. Once the reward were given the pocket watch hanging round Luxerion's neck started moving. It was a gray world and Levant was talking to his son Arkin. He's different from the Dark Lord he portrayed. A wise and gentle king was pictured on the scene. Arkin seemed to be curios and full of vigor. The two separated with Arkin returning to the castle. He encountered Cyrus of whose character smelled really fishy. The boy never trusted the man weasel like man. Arkin was on his way and that's when the scene ended.

I think that Cyrus might be the real mastermind or at least related to the cause of Atrasia's ruin. We will find find out after we continue the following main story quests.

That will be all for today.
See you next time.
