There was a time when I was really hooked in JPRG's but that disappeared because of my disappointments in the romance element. Kuro no Kiseki seems really promising based on what I read here and the other reviews online. I'll give it a try. Thanks for this write up.

Yeah sometimes the romance can be hit-or-miss with JRPGs. I will say Kuro is pretty light on the romance element and doesn’t take up much time at all. But when it does show, it hits right I think.
