What's up friends, I hope you have an excellent start of the week, today I want to share with you this great role-playing game called Torchlight, the debut game of the company Runic Games, a game that refers to the giants of the genre as Diablo or Dragon Ages, but that is not far behind with its story and gameplay.

se queda atrás con su historia y jugabilidad.
The story of this takes place in the mining town of Torchlight, which succumbs to the greed of the exploitation of a strange mineral called Ember, this corrodes the minds of the inhabitants and craves that they want to mine more and more, as a result of this, evil falls on the small town and our mission as the heroes of the story is as you can imagine, restore peace and serenity in Torchlight.
La historia de este se desarrolla en el pueblo minero de Torchlight, el cual sucumbe ante la codicia de la explotación de un extraño mineral llamado Ember, este corroe la mente de los habitantes y ansia que quieran minar más y más, a raíz de esto, el mal cae sobre el pequeño pueblo y nuestra misión como los héroes de la historia es como ya se imaginaran, restaurar la paz y la serenidad en Torchlight.
We will embody one of the three characters to choose from within the game, each with their respective skills and disadvantages, we can choose any that suits the style of play that most appeals to us more attention.
Encarnaremos en uno de los tres personajes a elegir dentro del juego, cada uno con sus respectivas habilidades y desventajas, podremos elegir cualquiera que se adapte al estilo de juego que más nos llame más la atención.

Finally we have the Alchemist, this user of magic and spells uses a large amount of mana that restores quickly to avoid melee attacks, he is even able to summon monsters and allies to fight alongside him.

Undoubtedly an excellent game for beginners of the genre as it has a fairly simple and easy to understand mode, with well-characterized and varied characters in its scope.
Sin duda un excelente juego para los iniciados del genero ya que tiene una modalidad bastante simple y fácil de entender, con personajes bien caracterizados y variados en su ámbito.
A characteristic point of the game is that we can choose a pet, either feline or canine and this will accompany us faithfully for all the places where we venture, being quite useful and important because it will attack and defend at all times, apart from that we can assign objects or spells that improve their performance in combat, not to mention that you can take our objects and sell them if necessary, but we must be very careful because like us may perish in combat.
Un punto característico del juego es que podremos escoger una mascota, ya sea felino o canino y esta nos acompañara fielmente por todos los sitios donde nos aventuremos, siendo bastante útil e importante ya que atacará y defenderá en todo momento, aparte de eso podremos asignarles objetos u hechizos que mejoren su rendimiento en combate, sin mencionar que puede llevar nuestros objetos y venderlos en caso de ser necesario, pero hay que tener mucho cuidado porque al igual que nosotros podrá perecer en combate.

The missions, as in most games of this style, are obtained by talking to the NPCs that we find on our way, every time we complete one of them we will be rewarded with valuable items, experience and renown that will help us to advance further in our adventure.

As for weapons, it has a fairly common system among the styles of this genre, it is based on equipment of different tier, which we can enchant or improve to increase the quality of the item, and this can be done with the vast majority of weapons or armor that can be accumulated as you play, being also a problem the inventory that is quite limited, including your pet.
En cuanto a las armas, tiene un sistema bastante común entre los estilos de este género, se basa en equipamiento de distinto tier, que podremos encantar o mejorar para aumentar la calidad del ítem, y esto se puede hacer con la gran mayoría de armas o armaduras que se pueden acumular mediante juegas, siendo también un problema el inventario que es bastante limitado, incluyendo el de tu mascota.
The interface is quite friendly and very noticeable when entering the game, as it has a fast and fairly intuitive access, we can access multiple windows without having to stop the game, it is quite simple without much complexity, we also have keyboard shortcuts, which will serve us quite helpful both to access the required information, and to assign skills to our character and have a better reaction time, defensive and offensive efficiency.
La interfaz es bastante amigable y muy notable a la hora de entrar en partida, ya que tiene un acceso rápido y bastante intuitivo, podremos acceder a múltiples ventanas si necesidad de detener la partida, es bastante simple sin mucha complejidad, también contamos con atajos de teclado, los cuales nos servirá de bastante ayuda tanto para acceder a la información requerida, como para asignar habilidades a nuestro personaje y tener un mejor tiempo de reacción, eficiencia defensiva y ofensiva.
Combat is fast and fairly simple when facing the hordes, simply by clicking on the target, and performs the action of attacking, but you can create a combo attack with some skills in the numbers and right click, it is a fairly friendly combat system that is easy to learn and memorize with the different characters.
Los combates son rápidos y bastante sencillos a la hora de enfrentarse a las hordas, simplemente haciendo clic sobre el objetivo, ya realiza la acción de atacar, pero puedes crear un combo de ataque con algunas habilidades en los números y clic derecho, es un sistema de combate bastante amigable que es fácil de aprender y memorizar con los distintos personajes.
The technical section of Torchlight does not show a very high level of realism on the contrary has a fairly regular level especially focused for low-end computers, with a fairly striking Cartoon style and fluidity of characters and effects, makes us totally ignore the high-definition facade.
El apartado técnico de Torchlight no muestra un nivel altísimo de realismo al contrario tiene un nivel bastante regular especialmente enfocado para ordenadores de gama baja, con un estilo Cartoon bastante llamativo y la fluidez de personajes y efectos, hace que ignoremos totalmente la facha de alta definición.
Finally, the soundtrack is quite generic themes and it is tedious to listen to it during the full 12 hours of the game if we want to pass it without side quests, but the voices of the characters represent them perfectly.
Por último, la banda sonora son temas bastante genéricos y resulta tedioso escucharla durante las 12 horas completas del juego si queremos pasarlo sin misiones secundarias, pero las voces de los personajes representan perfectamente a estos mismos.
In short, one of the best RPGs to start entering this world, with a work good enough to keep us hours in front of the computer advancing between dungeons and hordes, has an excellent balance between simplicity and depth which gives my recommendation to 100%, no doubt that Runic Games has exploited all the secrets of the genre and captured it in an excellent way in this excellent delivery that bears the name Torchlight.
En definitiva, uno de los mejores video juegos de rol para empezar a entrar en este mundo, con una obra bastante buena como para mantenernos horas al frente del ordenador avanzando entre mazmorras y hordas, tiene un excelente equilibrio entre sencillez y profundidad lo que le da mi recomendación al 100%, no cabe duda que Runic Games ha explotado todos los secretos del género y lo plasmo de una excelente manera en esta excelente entrega que lleva por nombre Torchlight.

A great game. I’ve had many hours of fun with this one. A shame that the Torchlight series, in my opinion, gets worse for every successor. Torchlight 2 was good but it didn’t hold my attention as long as the first one did. Torchlight 3 was to simple for my liking. I didn’t even finish it.
Recommend Torchlight 1 to all and everyone though!

Me quedo sorprendida que los juegos de ahora, aparte de ser geniales en sus colores, movimientos y demás, ahora cuentan historias, tienen trama 😃 antes todo era más lineal.. 😀
Todo evoluciona, este juego ya tiene su tiempito comparado con otras entregas que tienen hasta peliculas y todo, en futuro estoy seguro que llegaremos a la inmersión total con el mundo digital.
También creo lo mismo que tu de la inmersión total l mundo digital, ojala que luego no nos confundamos la realidad virtual jajaj feliz inicio de semana
Eso tengo por seguro jaja hay mucha gente que preferirá vivir en un casa virtual perfecta en sims 20 que en este mundo desquiciado. Igualmente para ti 🤗
