Hey guys. In case you've started playing this game Assassin's Creed Odyssey because it's now free on the Xbox game pass, because my first Assassin's Creed was Odyssey, there were quite a few times when I got confused about how to play. I made videos below to help people who have never played Assassin's Creed.
While you're questing you're going to run into this message a lot: "You are close to your target, press up to call Ikaros". It's a cool feature to be able to fly around and see a bird's eye view of the map, but the problem is after you've taken a look and come back to your normal view, the message does not disappear..
In this video we're going to explain how to make that message disappear so you can finish your mission without that message showing up the whole way until you finish your quest!
Questing is really awesome in Assassin's Creed Odyssey but if you haven't played these games before, at first you'll probably find the quest tracking system a little bit confusing. Firstly you can track a quest, then you can track an area on the map. So many trackers you still can't find where to go.
In this video we will do a bit of a summary as well as a show and tell of how to complete quests. Starting from where to get a new quest, to how to track quests, how to find where the tracked quest is on the map, and how to track an area on the map so you can reach that area quicker.
Basically, watch this video if anything about questing is confusing you in this game.

I think my first Assasins was botherhood on the 360. I also played Oddysey and honestly I loved it; The gigantic world and that Greek mythology story fascinated me, I put many hours into it at the time, it's very good 😁.

Mine was Assassin’s Creed Syndicate. Then, my journey of being a hidden one continued in Origins. Then, Assassin’s creed 3. I’m going to play Black Flag next.

Mine was the first AC back in 2007. It was such a revolutionary game at the time and I haven't loved an AC game quite as much since then. I've played every single one of them, even some of the 2.5D Chronicles games. Looking forward to Mirage perhaps returning to the roots of AC.

Yes, I did actually. During the 360 era, I played everything on Xbox. I was a bit of an achievement whore at the time... Now I'm much more of a PlayStation trophy hoarder. I did somehow manage to get over 100k Gamerscore before the Xbox One even existed. It's a shame I cannot combine all of my achievements from Xbox with my PlayStation trophies.

At the time I just wanted access to PlayStation exclusives. How I miss some games on Xbox such as Gears, Halo, and Forza. But I’m very happy to be able to play amazing titles such as God of War, Ghost of Tsushima, Spider-Man, Returnal and so many others. I don’t ever see myself switching back to Xbox, I’m happy with my PS5. Plus we have PSVR2 coming next year.

My first assassins creed was actually the very first one... Although the memory of it isn't that fond.
I had a turning tummy due to some bad garage pie xD however gaming was life and I didn't care for how bad I felt!
I never really played any after that .. However I do see them on xbox game pass and I do want to give a shot at them!

I really liked Three that was set during the American Revolution. It was fun to go hunting down patrols and hit the drummers with a poison dart and watch them play awkwardly before keeling over and distracting their entire crew. I played a little bit of the one set in Italy but unfortunately never finished.
