I have been playing this game for quite some time and it is a fun game and usually, it takes 1 hour a day to complete the commissions and burn the resin.
It has a large player base and its subreddit /r/Genshin_Impact is very active. So I decided to make a post about it on Hive and maybe find some in-game friends.
I think my post can help if you want to start playing it or you are already playing it or maybe you never heard of it and want to learn more about it. You never know, there might be something interesting for you.
I'm currently AR 50 and you can see my characters in the screenshot.
I tried to get Hu Tao but got Qiqi on my 50/50. (There is a wishing mechanic where you pull new characters and there is a guaranteed 5-star character every 80 pulls. When you get an off-banner character, you have 100% chance to get the banner character on the next 5-star but if you get a banner character, your next 5-star is a 50% chance. So you might get another random character like what happened to me. So my next 5-star would be a banner featured character)
IMO Qiqi is useless compared to a character like Bennet. I don't think I will ever touch that zombie Qiqi. Maybe later but I hate her for now.
I also lost my first 50/50 on the Albedo banner and got Mona. I have Mona at C1 and I think she is ok as support. Then I skipped the Ganyu banner and saved my primogems for Xiao banner and got him on the guaranteed pity.
I was using Razor for some time as the main DPS (main damage dealer, damage per second). He is a good DPS for f2p (free-to-play) players. Now I have Xiao as the main DPS and he is really good. Everybody gangsta until Xiao puts his mask on.
For the support, I have Bennet and Fischl both c4. I got lucky with these two characters and got them early in the game. Bennet is the god of this game. He is unlucky and his birthday is once every 4 years but he is really a good boy. I think I will always have him in my party.
I also got Beidou recently on the Xiao banner. She is c4 and I like her playstyle. With other characters, you try to run away from the enemy attacks but when you have Beidou, you want to get attacked by the enemy. She says "HIT ME".
I will probably also build Diona. She is the best shield character after the Geo Archon, Zhongli. She is cute and her lines are funny. So why not. But not now.
The water boy, Xingqiu? I had to search for his name. Anyway, I think he is also worth building and might be good support for Spiral Abyss. Sucrose also seems to be a good support but I don't have the resources to build them right now. I might try them in the end game when I have nothing else to do.
Right now I'm farming artifacts for my main characters and that's it. I'm still hoping to get Hu tao but it's very unlikely.
So far I bought 2 welkin moons (monthly pass) in this game which is $4.99 per month. I think it's a good booster for low spenders and f2p players. I don't plan on spending more money on it but you never know. It's a gacha game and tries as hard as it can to get your money.

you have good characters and it's great that you have Xiao at level 90.
Sacarosa is one of my favorite characters and right now I have her as my DPS/Suport along with Diluc. The Anemo and Whirlwind damage boost is very useful and with the talent I do a lot of damage by casting Fischl OZ's ability and making them Electro Whirlwind and this way they get more Electro damage.
I've only had two 5 star characters but I've been lucky with them. They were Albedo in his Banner and Diluc in the permanent. I have also uploaded several posts of Genshin if you like to see them.

Yes, Diluc and Albedo are pretty good but I wasn't lucky enough to get them.
With Hive Vote, does a curation trail override a fanbase upvote, I mean the percentage of a vote, if I set to vote for a fan at 100% and a trail I follow has that same account set at 1%, will the fan be voted at 1%, the settings of a trail? What if I follow multiple trails with the same account for example, which trail would dictate how I will vote for that account?
The first vote stays on the post. i.e. whichever upvote comes first will not get replaced. Hive.vote doesn't vote on the already voted posts by the same account.
That did not answer my questions. And I am not getting a fixed voting percentage. One vote at 12 percent. Another one was at 50%. I want it all at 1% or 100%. Or one number. But I get many different numbers.
If you set the "Fixed" option in the curation trails all should be the fixed % that you set.
I tried that, it did not, and there is sometimes a conflict as some accounts are both a fan and in multiple trails at the same time.
What is the lowest I can vote? Will Hive Vote work at 00.01%? I set the Fanbase and Curation Trail at 00.01%. I am waiting to see if it works or not. It said it accepts decimals and it did not accept three decimal places as in 0.001%. But it did accept two decimal places, 0.01%. That is the smallest number it accepts. My thinking is that if the website accepts that number, that percentage, then it should work. But perhaps it may not work. I will try to find out if it can work or not.
