We are back with my journey through the circuits of Mario Kart 64, we are located in the Star Cup in the Royal Raceway circuit, or also known by many of us as the Princess Peach circuit, a quite happy map and where the Time Trials are a pleasure to compete.
In this occasion I included at the end of this post, a gameplay with my record time, and if, finally I upload a gameplay, let's say it is quite short because it is only with the personal record time I could establish, but the important thing is to bring you a much more complete content, Before I could not do because my PC is low resources and play in the emulator while I was recording reheating my video card, so I finally found a way that would not affect my PC and was putting to record my time record with the option of "Replay" that offers the game.
Fortunately the Royal Raceway has no obstacles anywhere along the way, the only thing that could be called an obstacle would be the super tight turns on the map, which in case of not doing them right, we would surely fall into the water, since there are no safety barriers, even so, after repeating the circuit so many times, the least we could worry about would be falling into the water.
Being a circuit with so many curves, in which there are practically 2 or 3 straights, I decided to use each turbo before jumping the popular ramp of the map, the use of the special drift has helped me a lot since I learned to use it and for me it is almost automatic to do it in all the curves.
I always like to show the first time I manage to record to have a kind of before and after improving the technique of the curves in each circuit, so this is one of the things that cannot be missing in my publications about each circuit in Mario Kart 64, this time I set a time of 02'46''18, with the fastest lap recorded of 00'54''67, a time certainly acceptable, although to tell the truth I had some mishaps in this first Time Trials, my Go Kart going off the track and losing acceleration.
There was a time when I already had many attempts and could not get below 02'41''00, but I was pretty close to get it, although the truth is I did not know if I could get it, but I wanted to insist a while longer trying to break that barrier, the biggest problem to break this mark were the last 3 corners of the circuit, which are quite close and to do them wrong is practically wasting time and opting to repeat the race.
Finally I managed to record in the chronometer a time of 02'40''37, with a faster lap of 00'53''10, fortunately today apart from the images with my final time, I can bring you in video, how I achieved this time.
Don't forget that you can try to beat me, respecting the bases of a correct Time Trials, without the use of bugs or shortcuts, my final record will be presented below in a short gameplay.
The emulator and the rom of the game will be at the end if you dare to try to beat my established marks, it is always good to see competitiveness and have a reference to which to overcome, in this case, the reference I am putting with my record.

Estamos de vuelta con mi travesía por los circuitos de Mario Kart 64, nos ubicamos en la Star Cup en el circuito de Royal Raceway, o también conocido por muchos de nosotros como el circuito de la princesa Peach, un mapa bastante alegre y en el que competir los Time Trials son todo un agrado.
En esta ocasión incluí al final de este posts, un gameplay con mi tiempo record, y si, por fin subo un gameplay, digamos que es bastante corto porque es solo con el tiempo record personal que pude establecer, pero lo importante es traerles a ustedes un contenido mucho más completo, antes no lo había podido hacer porque mi PC es de bajos recursos y jugar en el emulador a la vez que iba grabando recalentaba mucho mi tarjeta de video, por lo que al final encontré una forma en la que no se vería afectada mi PC y fue poniendo a grabar mi tiempo record con la opción de "Replay" que nos ofrece el juego.
Afortunadamente el Royal Raceway no tiene obstáculos en ninguna parte del camino, lo único que se podría denominar como obstáculo, serían las curvas super cerradas del mapa, que en caso de no hacerlas bien, seguramente caeríamos al agua, ya que no hay barreras de seguridad, aún así, luego de repetir tantas veces el circuito, lo menos que nos podría preocupar, sería caer al agua.
Al ser un circuito con tantas curvas, en el que prácticamente existen 2 o 3 rectas, decidí utilizar cada turbo antes de saltar la popular rampa del mapa, el uso del drift especial me ha ayudado mucho desde que lo aprendí a usar y para mi es ya es casi automático hacerlo en todas las curvas.
Siempre me gusta enseñar el primer tiempo que logro registrar para tener una especie de antes y después de mejorar la técnica de las curvas en cada circuito, por eso esto es una de las cosas que no pueden faltar en mis publicaciones sobre cada circuito en Mario Kart 64, en esta ocasión establecí un tiempo de 02'46''18, con la vuelta más rápida registrada de 00'54''67, un tiempo ciertamente aceptable, aunque a decir verdad tuve algunos percances en este primer Time Trials, saliendose mi Go Kart de la pista y perdiendo aceleración.
Hubo un momento en el que ya tenía muchos intentos y no lograba bajar de 02'41''00, pero si estaba bastante cerca de conseguirlo, aunque la verdad no sabía si lo podría conseguir, pero quise insistir un rato más tratando de romper esa barrera, el mayor problema para romper esta marca eran las 3 últimas curvas del circuito, que son bastante cerradas y hacerlas mal es prácticamente perder el tiempo y optar por volver a repetir la carrera.
Finalmente logré registrar en el cronometro un tiempo de 02'40''37, con una vuelta más rápida de 00'53''10, afortunadamente hoy a parte de las imágenes con mi tiempo final, puedo traerles en vídeo, cómo logré este tiempo.
No olviden que pueden intentar superarme, respetando las bases de un correcto Time Trials, sin el uso de bugs ni atajos, mi registro final se los presentaré a continuación en un corto gameplay.
El emulador y la rom del juego estarán al final por si se animan a intentar superar mis marcas ya establecidas, siempre es bueno ver competitividad y tener una referencia a la cual superar, en este caso, la referencia la estoy poniendo yo con mi record.
