Hello Hive family and Gamer community, today I bring you again a post on a fantastic weekend, after talking about the PlayStation 2 console I thought to write about one of the games that I spent more hours on this console taking out the great game Gran Turismo 4. It is a fighting game in the classic style of linear fights.
The game is from a very famous Japanese series called Naruto more specifically Naruto Shippuden is one of the longest series that have been made in Japan, although it is also known for being one of the series with more filler that exists. Filler is simply stretching out a particular scene with topics that are mostly irrelevant to the viewer, which causes the plot at that point to become a bit (quite) boring.
Well family the game is called Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja 5 this video game I played it many years ago on my PlayStation 2, I think it was one of the first I tried and the first I completed, I remember that the game disc was hard to reproduce the image, the copy I had was with certain errors that caused the restart of the console to play again.

The story mode has two parts, the first deals with the events of Gaara's kidnapping with the Akatsuki, and the second deals with the search for Sasuke who left to train with Orochimaru.
Its story mode has unique gameplay because it is an open world, combined with an RPG, in the cities we can interact with people and if we go on a trip we will cross with thieves who want to kill us, the combat against the thugs is different because it is in an open field where we can hit left and right to the evildoers without mercy, the game offers a list of commands so you can find out a little about how to do each power, for example, I remember that the rasengan was done by pressing twice "o" and go forward.
At the same time the game also has several items that will help you during the adventure, such as medicine that will cure you of the state attacks, food that will recover your life, weapons that you can use against thieves, among other items, I do not remember if you could skip the fights with thieves, I think not.
Now, in the story mode the real fights were in linear form as if it were a Marvel vs Capcom the list of commands expanded in this kind of fights having many alternatives when it comes to making moves to impress our opponent, we can make a special attack, a power with cinematic, call for help and that help is complementary to a special attack, or even throw our opponent through the air and crash with the entire stage, we can also recharge the chakra and during the fight will appear exclusive items that will be of great help, for example, I remember a smoke bomb and a poison bomb.
I remember that one of the fights that cost us more was the one of Sakura against Sasori, we were several hours trying to defeat the member of the Akatsuki, my brother @joheredia21 was frustrated enough with this fight, he even told him that Sakura was one of the most useless characters of Naruto hahaha🤣🤣🤣🤣, another fight that cost me although not as much as the previous one was the one of Naruto transformed against Orochimaru in the bridge, that fight besides epic was difficult, Naruto of a touch they were taking away half of the life, besides I believe that he was slower, the good thing is that he had too much power.
I don't want to spoil the story, but something I forgot to mention is that when we finish the first part of the story, we will have the option to do secondary missions before going for the main ones, these missions can give us items that will be useful in the future, we can also unlock some characters and scenarios without entering the store, but the important thing will be the experience that we can gain, the second part of the story is wild.
In versus mode, my favorite mode, we have more than 40 playable characters, some are from the Naruto Shippuden saga but the other half is from the original Naruto saga, the characters I had the hardest time unlocking were Sasuke the kid version, and the fourth Hokage. I have to be honest, the soundtrack they play on the menu is one of the best I've ever heard in a video game.
We have a good variety of characters, in versus mode we can choose who we want, we can also choose a helper, some couples have their superpower with their cinematic, for example, Naruto with Jiraiya, Sakura with grandma Chiyo, Itachi with Kisame, Sasuke and Orochimaru and I don't know which ones more, but something that left me cold was that there are very few couples that can do this, I think only 6 couples can do their own cinematic, the others only have individual powers, having 40 characters they could do like 20 more combinations.
Although knowing that this game came out with many development problems, it is somewhat understandable that some things planned in the end do not come out in the final product. The curious fact this game originally should have been released for the PlayStation 3 but due to the problems I mentioned before it had to be moved to PlayStation 2.
This Naruto game can only be played by 2 people, the story mode is neither very long nor very short, most of the time we use Naruto, but we can change our team whenever we want. We have a good variety of characters that appear in the series and a good number of scenarios where we can fight with our friends.

Es un juego de lucha al estilo clásico de peleas lineales.
El juego es de una serie japonesa muy famosa llamada Naruto más en especifico Naruto Shippuden es una e las series más largas que se han hecho en el país nipón, aunque también es conocida por ser una de las series con más relleno que existen. El relleno es simplemente alargar una escena en concreto con temas que en su mayoría son irrelevantes para el espectador, lo cual provoca que la trama en ese momento se vuelva un poco (bastante) aburrida.
Bueno familia el juego se llama Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja 5 este videojuego lo jugué hace ya muchos años en mi PlayStation 2, creo que fue uno de los primeros que probé y el primero que completé, recuerdo que el disco del juego costaba reproducir la imagen, la copia que yo tenía estaba con ciertos errores que provocaban el reinicio de la consola para volver a jugar.
A veces durante la pelea el juego se pegaba o cuando un jugador hace un super poder, el cual tiene su propia cinemática, pues la pantalla se quedaba en blanco y había que reiniciar la consola. Estoy hablando de los contras del juego cuando debería hablar de lo bueno primero jaja, bueno para empezar la intro es grandiosa.

La segunda cosa que más me gustaba de este juego era su modo historia, saben nunca entendí porque se llama Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja 5 si los acontecimientos de la historia empiezan cuando Naruto llega a la aldea Konoha por primera vez después de estar dos años entrenando con Jiraiya. El modo historia tiene dos partes, la primera trata sobre los acontecimientos del secuestro de Gaara con los akatsuki y la segunda trata de la búsqueda de Sasuke que se fue para entrenar con Orochimaru.
Su modo historia tiene una jugabilidad única porque es mundo abierto, combinado con un RPG, en las ciudades podemos interactuar con las personas y si nos vamos de viaje nos cruzaremos con ladrones que obviamente nos querrán matar, el combate contra los maleantes es diferentes porque es en un campo abierto donde podremos golpear a diestra y siniestra a los malhechores sin compasión , el juego te ofrece una lista de comandos para que puedas indagar un poco sobre como hacer cada poder, por ejemplo, recuerdo que el rasengan se hacía presionando dos veces “o” e ir hacia adelante.
A su vez el juego cuenta también con varios ítems que te van ayudar durante la aventura, como la medicina que te curará de los ataques de estado, comida que te recuperará la vida, armas que podrás usar contra los ladrones, entre otros ítems, no recuerdo si te podías saltar las peleas con los ladrones creo que no.
Ahora bien, en el modo historia las peleas verdaderas eran en forma lineal, como si fuera un Marvel vs Capcom la lista de comandos se expandía en esta clase de peleas teniendo muchas alternativas a la hora de hacer movimientos para impresionar a nuestro oponente, podemos hacer un ataque especial, un poder con cinemática, llamar a la ayuda y que esa ayuda sea complemento de un ataque especial, o incluso lanzar a nuestro ponente por los aires y que se choque con todo el escenario, también podemos recargar el chacra y durante la pelea aparecerán ítems exclusivos que serán de gran ayuda, por ejemplo recuerdo una bomba de humo y una bomba de veneno.
Recuerdo que una de las peleas que más nos costó fue la de Sakura contra Sasori, estuvimos varias horas tratando de vencer al miembro de los akatsuki, mi hermano @joheredia21 se frustro bastante con esta pelea, hasta le dijo que Sakura era uno de los personajes más inútiles de Naruto jajaja🤣🤣🤣🤣, otra pelea que me costó aunque no tanto como la anterior fue la de Naruto transformado contra Orochimaru en el puente, esa pelea aparte de épica fue difícil, Naruto de un toque le quitaban la mitad de la vida, aparte creo que era más lento, lo bueno es que tenía demasiado poder.
No quiero hacerles spoiler de la historia, pero algo que se me olvida mencionar, es que cuando terminamos la primera parte de la historia, tendremos la opción de hacer misiones secundarias antes de ir por las principales, esas misiones nos pueden dar ítems que nos servirán en el futuro, también podemos desbloquear algunos personajes y escenarios sin necesidad de ingresar a la tienda, pero lo importante será la experiencia que podremos ganar, la segunda parte de la historia es salvaje.
En el modo versus, mi modo favorito, tenemos más de 40 personajes jugables, algunos son de la saga Naruto Shippuden pero la otra mitad es de la saga Naruto original, los personajes que más me costaron desbloquear fueron Sasuke la versión de niño y el cuarto Hokage. Tengo que ser honesto, el soundtrack que ponen en el menú es uno de los mejores que he escuchado en un vídeo juego.
Tenemos una buena variedad de personajes, en el modo versus podemos escoger a quién queramos, también podemos escoger un ayudante, algunas parejas tienen su propio super poder con su cinemática, por ejemplo, Naruto con Jiraiya, Sakura con la abuela Chiyo, Itachi con Kisame, Sasuke y Orochimaru y no sé cuales más, pero algo que me dejo frío fue que hay muy pocas parejas que pueden hacer esto, creo que sólo 6 parejas pueden hacer su propia cinemática, los demás sólo tienen poderes individuales, teniendo 40 personajes pudieron hacer como 20 combinaciones más.
Aunque bueno sabiendo que este juego salió con muchos problemas de desarrollo pues es algo entendible que algunas cosas planeadas al final no salgan en el producto final. Dato curioso este juego originalmente debió salir para la PlayStation 3 pero por los problemas que mencioné antes se tuvo que pasar a PlayStation 2.
Este juego de Naruto sólo se puede jugar 2 personas, el modo historia no es ni muy largo ni muy corto, la mayoría de las veces usamos a Naruto, pero podemos cambiar nuestro equipo siempre que queramos. Tenemos una buena variedad de personajes que aparecen en la serie y una buena cantidad de escenarios donde podemos luchar con nuestros amigos.
