Hello friends, today we would like to talk about our upcoming game, "New Gold Rush", and the NLAND Presale.
- What is New Gold Rush?
New Gold Rush is an upcoming NFT game that we plan on launching in mid 2022. It will be a play-to-earn game based around competing with others to earn governance tokens on the New Gold Rush Ecosystem, which will be built on the Hive blockchain.
We are calling this system Play-to-earn-governance or P2EG
- What will New Gold Rush be like?
The gameplay of New Gold Rush will focus on players competing on a grid-based, procedurally generated board to see which player can collect more gold on the board before time runs out. The player that collects the most gold on the board will win the match, and be rewarded with governance tokens. These tokens may be staked for a duration of time to allow players to have an input on how the game is developed.
Gameplay will center around NFT characters that have special attributes that will determine how the character will interact with the board.
These NFTs will be obtainable via packs either created or bought by the player.
- What is NLAND?
New Gold Land Claim (NLAND) is a claim for a plot of land in the world of New Gold Rush. Land will have multiple purposes, but we will only touch on a few of those topics today.
One use case of NLAND will be to create special Promo packs that will only be able to be created by those who own land. These packs will be able to be sold on third-party marketplaces, but will not be able to be bought in-game.
Another use case of NLAND will be to passively generate tokens based on a timer-based system, which will allow land owners to generate passive income.
After the initial supply of NLAND is distributed, no more will ever be created.
NLAND and promo packs will be released with the launch of the game.
- What is the NLAND Presale?
The NLAND Presale is a way for our team to generate funds for the development of the game.
There will be three phases to the presale.
Phase 1 begins today, and we will list 10,000 NLAND at 2 Hive apiece.
Phase 2 will begin January 1st, 2022, and we will list 5,000 NLAND at 5 Hive apiece.
Phase 3 will begin February 1st, 2022, and we will list the last 2,500 NLAND of the presale for 7 Hive apiece.
1,000 NLAND will be minted and split among the development team.
The remaining 11,500 NLAND will be able to be purchased during the general sale when the game officially launches for 10 Hive apiece.
NLAND can be purchased today either via Hive-engine or Tribaldex
