Good people of Hive today I come to talk about one of the mobile games I used to play before and I talk about Yu-Gi-Oh Duel Link at first glance the game did not really attract me because I was used to how the game was normally and with the new mechanics that this one brought I was not so convinced until I played it.
Gameplay
One of the new mechanics that we will see in this title is that the board format changed from 5 which was normal to 3 which I did not like, but once I tried it was refreshing to play Yu-Gi-Oh in a new way and also that the time of each duel was really short and does not take you as long as playing in the original.
Another important point and was what I liked most about this game are the characters, this game combines all the characters of the Yu-Gi-Oh franchise is really attractive because there are several characters that I liked and being able to play with them in this game is really fun and when you summon iconic cards of the character you will have special dialogues when you summon them or use the effect of the monster.
And speaking of dialogues, the characters may also have a little interaction at the beginning and at the end of the duel which makes it quite exciting as is the case of Yugi (Yami) and Kaiba, those who watched the anime will know the moments that these two have had throughout the series and when I had a duel like this it was really entertaining to see their interaction.
The bad thing I saw in this is that every time a new character came out, a new set of cards that used that character clearly came out. The problem was that for poor people like me it was difficult to make new decks for new characters since it is a bit complicated to farm gems and it was one of the main reasons why I stopped playing this game, besides the fact that I had very bad luck when I had to buy the cards.
In addition, the good point that I give to this game is that not having all the cards of the game can be a good opportunity to bring new players to try this title and make a deck at the beginning because when we start we receive a good amount of gems to buy cards and it is easy to adapt to this game as it is not at all complicated.
Currently, as far as I know, since my brother is the only one who still plays and from time to time I help him, there is already the XYZ summoning and pendulum when I played, only the fusion and synchrony were available. It's a pity because a character I really liked from the series came out with his deck, I wish I had had the opportunity to play it, even if it was just once.
This title contains an interface of the Yu-Gi-Oh world, the first one we unlock is from the classic anime and as we level up and do missions we can unlock the other worlds by achieving this we can get the characters of that world as being the first Yu-Gi-Oh we will get the main characters that would be Kaiba, Yugi, Yami, etc. ...
The interesting thing about the characters is that when you use them you can also level up to level 50, as you level up you will get interesting rewards such as gems, cards and skills, this is important because there are cards that can only be obtained by farming these characters.
To unlock these characters we have to do a specific mission and also to get the character will be available in a portal to farm his deck for this you have to get keys that are obtained in the game world to farm it with the NPCs or in competitive mode the bad thing is that there are characters that are exclusive event and if you get to miss it you have to wait for the event to start to get it.
As I mentioned before these characters have skills there are different methods to obtain the skills one of them can be playing in the pvp mode of the game there is also a bazaar to which we can go and get a random skill just once and when new characters are promoted they use events to get a special ability of that character before it is available.
The skills was another detail that I liked since this was something that had never been seen before in the case of playing with Yami we could unlock the hack that he had in the anime as a skill that would be the theft of destiny which was a really good skill and that's why he was the character I played with the most.
This is why there are decks that have to be played specifically with a certain character because the ability of the characters is an important point in this game and is what can give you the advantage in the duels and if this ability benefits certain decks this makes it possible to have a top deck and sweep all the duels.
Another detail that I liked about the game is the animation that the characters have when they summon their ace card together with the animation of that card is a detail that I liked because it made me feel like I was having a real duel. Also, the cards have a 3D effect but if you get tired of the visualization effects the game gives you the option to remove those effects, this was partly a good thing because sometimes the 3D effects made my phone overheat a lot.
And last but not least is the soundtrack of the game, what made me even more excited in the duels in this game were the soundtracks of some characters when I met those characters I would turn the audio to the maximum and enjoy the duels even more.

Buenas gente de Hive hoy les vengo habla sobre uno de los juegos móvil que solía jugar antes y hablo de Yu-Gi-Oh Duel Link a primera vista el juego no me atraía realmente porque estaba acostumbrado a como era el juego normalmente y con las nuevas mecánicas que este traía no estaba tan convencido hasta que lo jugué.
Jugabilidad
Una de las mecánicas nuevas que veremos en este título es que el formato del tablero cambio de 5 que era lo normal a 3 cosa que no me gusto, pero una vez lo probé fue algo refrescante volver a jugar Yu-Gi-Oh de una nueva manera y además que el tiempo de cada duelo era realmente corto y no te tarda tanto como jugar en el original.
Otro punto importante y fue lo que más me gusto este juego son los personajes este juego combina todos los personajes de la franquicia de Yu-Gi-Oh realmente es algo atractivo ya que hay varios personajes que me gustaron y poder jugar con ellos en este juego se me hace realmente divertido además de que al hacer invocaciones de cartas icónicas del personaje este tendrá diálogos especiales al invocarlos o usar el efecto del monstruo.
Y hablando de diálogos los personajes también podrán tener una pequeña interacción al inicio y al final del duelo lo cual lo hace bastante emocionante como es el caso de Yugi(Yami) y Kaiba a los que vieron el anime sabrán los momentos que estos dos han tenido a lo largo de la serie y cuando me tocaba un duelo así era realmente entretenido ver su interacción.
El punto malo que le vi a esto es que cada vez que salía un personaje claramente salía una nueva colección de cartas que usaba dicho personaje el problema era que para los pobres como yo se le resultaba difícil hacer nuevos mazos para nuevos personajes ya que es un poco complicado farmear gemas y fue una de las principales razones por la que deje de jugar este juego además de que tenía muy mala suerte cuando me tocaba comprar las cartas.
Además, el punto bueno que le doy a este juego es que al no tener todas las cartas del juego puede ser una buena oportunidad de traer a nuevos jugadores a probar este título ya que hacer un mazo al inicio ya que al empezar recibimos una buena cantidad de gemas para poder comprar cartas y es fácil adaptarse a este juego ya que no es para nada complicado.
Actualmente por lo que se ya que mi hermano es el único que sigue jugando y de vez en cuando lo ayudo es que ya existe la invocación XYZ y pendulum cuando yo jugaba solo estaba disponible la fusión y de sincronía una lástima porque justo salió un personaje que me gustaba mucho de la serie junto a su mazo ojalá hubiera tenido la oportunidad de jugarlo, aunque fuera una sola vez.
Este título contiene una interfaz del mundo de Yu-Gi-Oh la primera que desbloqueamos es del anime clásico y a medida que subamos nivel y hagamos misiones podremos ir desbloqueando los otros mundos al lograr esto podremos obtener los personajes de ese mundo como al ser el primer Yu-Gi-Oh obtendremos los personajes principales que serían Kaiba, Yugi, Yami, etc…
Lo interesante de los personajes es que al usarlos también podrán subir de nivel hasta el nivel 50 a medida que van subiendo nivel obtendremos interesante recompensa como son las gemas, cartas y habilidades es importante esto ya que hay carta que solo se pueden conseguir al farmear estos personajes.
Para ir desbloqueando dichos personajes tenemos que hacer una misión en específico y además que al obtener el personaje estará disponible en un portal para farmear su deck para esto hay que obtener llaves que se consiguen en el mundo del juego para farmearlo con los NPC o en el modo competitivo lo malo es que hay personajes que son exclusivos de evento y si te lo llegar a perder tendrás que esperar a que inicie el evento para obtenerlo.
Como mencione antes estos personajes posen habilidades hay diferentes métodos de obtener las habilidades una de ella puede ser jugando en el modo pvp del juego también existe un bazar al cual nos podemos dirigir y obtener una habilidad random solo una vez y cuando se promociona nuevos personajes utilizan eventos para obtener alguna habilidad especial de dicho personaje antes de que esté disponible.
Las habilidades fue otro detalle que me gusto ya que esto era algo que nunca se había visto en el caso de jugar con Yami podríamos desbloquear el hack que este tenía en el anime como una habilidad que sería el robo del destino lo cual era una habilidad realmente buena y por eso era con el personaje con el que más jugaba.
Por esto es que hay mazos que se tienen que jugar específicamente con cierto personaje ya que la habilidad de los personajes es un punto importante en este juego y es lo que te puede dar la ventaja en los duelos y si dicha habilidad beneficia a ciertos mazos esto hace que puedas tener un mazo top y arrasar con todos los duelos.
Otro detalle que me gusto del juego es la animación que tienen los personajes al invocar su carta as junto a la animación de dicha carta es un detalle que me gusto ya que me hacía sentir que estaba teniendo un duelo de verdad además que las cartas tienen un efecto 3D pero si te llegas a cansar de los efectos de visualización el juego te da la opción de quitar dichos efectos esto en parte fue algo bueno ya que a veces los efectos 3D hacían recalentar mucho mi teléfono.
Y por último, pero menos importante es la banda sonora del juego lo que me hacía emocionarme aún más en los duelos en este juego eran los soundtrack de algunos personajes cuando me encontraba con dichos personajes ponía el audio al máximo y disfrutaba de los duelos aún más.
