Hola de nuevo! Hoy les traigo un post super genial que será el comienzo de una nueva serie en mi blog donde les hablaré sobre el camino que recorreré en el juego de Pokemon Revolution Online. Este juego lo conocí por mi novio el cual jugó desde hace mucho tiempo ahí y ya tenia bastante experiencia en una de las cuentas. Como yo había jugado pokemon en mi infancia y me gustó mucho en su tiempo realmente me llegó a interesar este juego cuando mi novio me habló de ello. Ya que mi novio quiere avanzar conmigo se creó una nueva cuenta desde cero para ir juntos en esto. El martes 15 de marzo lo comencé a jugar y les contaré las primeras impresiones que he tenido, como he avanzado un poco y además, contarles lo motivada que estoy con esto, comencemos!
Hello again! Today I come with a super cool post that will be the beginning of a new series in my blog where I will tell you about the way I will go through the Pokemon Revolution Online game. I got to know this game through my boyfriend who played for a long time there and already had a lot of experience in one of the accounts. As I had played pokemon in my childhood and liked it a lot in its time I really became interested in this game when my boyfriend told me about it. Since my boyfriend wants to move forward with me a new account was created from scratch to go into this together. On Tuesday March 15 I started to play it and I will tell you the first impressions I have had, how I have advanced a little and also tell you how motivated I am with this, let's go!
Pokemon Revolution es un juego MMO gratuito de Pokemon el cual no es oficial. Se puede descargar desde su página web oficial disponible para Andoid, iOS, Windows, y Linux. Al igual que en los juegos oficiales se tienen batallas, evoluciones, items, entre muchas otras cosas otorgando una experiencia increíble para los fans de la franquicia. Primero hay que registrarse en la página web oficial colocando un nombre de usuario, contraseña y correo electrónico, luego de ello al abrir el juego seleccionas donde quieres jugar, si en el servidor Silver o Gold. Después de eso diseñarás el avatar de tu preferencia para así comenzar con la aventura.
Pokemon Revolution is a free MMO Pokemon game which is unofficial. It can be downloaded from its official website available for Andoid, iOS, Windows, and Linux. As in the official games you have battles, evolutions, items, among many other things giving an incredible experience for fans of the franchise. First you have to register on the official website by placing a username, password and email, after that when you open the game you select where you want to play, if you want to play on the Silver or Gold server. After that you will design the avatar of your choice to start the adventure.
El juego consta de varias regiones actualmente, en este comenzando en Kanto en Silver, donde desde el principio debemos escoger a nuestro pokemon inicial. Yo escogí a Charmander, me dieron 5 pociones y 5 pokebolas, fui a casa de mi madre en el juego y así comencé en la búsqueda de conseguir pokemones y subir de nivel a mi Charmander. Uno de los primeros combates en el juego es con un NPC llamado Jackson, el cual perdí y me puso algo triste, pero bueno, seguí en ello y fui a casa de mi madre para que curara a mi pokemon. Mientras caminas por la región te encuentras a varios pokemones que puedes ir registrando en la pokedex para almacenar información de los mismos.
The game actually consists of several regions, in this one starting in Kanto in Silver, where from the beginning we must choose our initial pokemon. I chose Charmander, I was given 5 potions and 5 pokeballs, I went to my mother's house in the game and so I started on the quest to get pokemon and level up my Charmander. One of the first fights in the game is with an NPC named Jackson, which I lost and it made me a little sad, but well, I kept at it and went to my mother's house to heal my pokemon. As you walk around the region you encounter several pokemon that you can register in the pokedex to store information about them.
Fui en búsqueda de pokemones salvajes de diferentes niveles que en combate me ayudaban a subir de nivel a mi pokemon inicial para que luego se me hiciera más sencillo capturar otros pokemones, estuve batallando con varios pokemones un rato, perdí en algunas ocasiones pero si les soy sincera, lo evitaba en lo posible y huía antes de que me derrotaran. También intenté capturar a un Eeve de buen nivel pero se salió de la pokebola lo cual me frustró un poco. Luego de un tiempo fui subiendo de nivel a mi Charmander. El primer pokemon que logré capturar fue a un Rattata lvl 4 de naturaleza tímida y luego a un Pidgey lvl 3 de naturaleza osada. Estaba relativamente satisfecha con mis capturas aunque siento que podría ser mejor ya que sus estadísticas no eran de mi total agrado, igualmente iré subiéndolos de nivel y entrenándolos más adelante.
I went in search of wild pokemon of different levels that in combat helped me to level up my initial pokemon so that later it would be easier for me to capture other pokemon, I was battling with several pokemon for a while, I lost in some occasions but if I'm honest, I avoided them as much as possible and ran away before they defeated me. I also tried to capture a good level Eeve but it got out of the pokeball which frustrated me a little bit. After a while I was leveling up my Charmander. The first pokemon I managed to capture was a lvl 4 Rattata with a bashful nature and then a lvl 3 Pidgey with a bold nature. I was relatively satisfied with my captures although I feel it could be better since their stats were not to my liking, but I will be leveling them up and training them later on.
Después de un rato jugando, mi novio cuando fue a la ciudad y descubrió que un NPC llamado Madeline podía darme un Oddish si tenía un Pidgey con más de 15 SPD. El que había capturado no tenía suficiente así que fui a buscar otro Pidgey, lo cual me costó un poco porque me topaba con algunos pokemones salvajes pero no era el que necesitaba, hasta que por fin conseguí uno lvl 5 de naturaleza dócil con un SPD suficiente para tener a mi Oddish lvl 5 de naturaleza solitaria, y poder usarlos en combates e ir subiéndolos de nivel.
After a while playing, my boyfriend went to the city and discovered that an NPC called Madeline could give me an Oddish if I had a Pidgey with more than 15 SPD. The one I had captured didn't have enough so I went to look for another Pidgey, which cost me a bit because I ran into some wild pokemon but it wasn't the one I needed, until I finally got a lvl 5 docile nature one with enough SPD to have my lvl 5 lonely nature Oddish, and be able to use them in fights and level them up.
Así ya tengo conmigo a 5 pokemones los cuales debo seguir subiendo de nivel. En la ciudad también hay un centro pokemon que me ayuda a sanarlos después de los combates, que es una opción bastante viable en vez de regresarme a casa con mi mamá todo el tiempo, así puedo curar a mis pokemones en distintos lugares que prefiera. También hay un NPC que es la oficial Jenny que te manda algunas misiones. Luego de ir a la ciudad a que me curen mis pokemones procedo a subir de nivel a mi Pidgey y a mi Oddish hasta el lvl 9.
So I already have 5 pokemon with me which I have to keep leveling up. In the city there is also a pokemon center that helps me to heal them after the fights, which is a very viable option instead of going back home with my mom all the time, so I can heal my pokemons in different places I prefer. There is also an NPC who is Officer Jenny who sends you on some quests. After going to the city to get my pokemon healed I proceed to level up my Pidgey and Oddish to lvl 9.
Bueno, todo los que le conté anteriormente lo estuve haciendo en la PC, ahora esto último que hice fue desde la app que descargué para mi celular. Como dije anteriormente quise subir de nivel a Oddish y a Pidgey hasta el 9 así que lo que hice fue combatir a distintos pokemones salvajes para ello, realmente con Pidgey lo sentí relativamente sencillo, en una hora ya lo había subido hasta lvl 9, en cuanto a Oddish logré hacerlo hasta lvl 6 pero aún así, fue rapidito. La batallas pokemon no son tan sencillas pero mientras vas avanzando se agarra el hilo, realmente me gusta mucho este juego en línea y poco a poco iré avanzando junto con mi novio en esto, ya tengo a dos pokemones que son Charmander y Pidgey en lvl 9, a Oddish en lvl 6 y a Rattata pronto lo iré subiendo de nivel también, todavía sigo pensando si conservar a mi otro Pidgey o no.
Well, everything I told you before I was doing it on the PC, now this last thing I did was from the app I downloaded for my cell phone. As I said before I wanted to level up Oddish and Pidgey up to level 9 so what I did was to fight different wild pokemon for it, actually with Pidgey I felt it relatively easy, in an hour I had already leveled him up to lvl 9, as for Oddish I managed to level him up to lvl 6 but even so, it was quick. The pokemon battles are not so easy but as you advance you get the hang of it, I really like this online game and little by little I will advance together with my boyfriend in this, I already have two pokemon that are Charmander and Pidgey in lvl 9, Oddish in lvl 6 and Rattata soon I will level him up too, I am still thinking if I keep my other Pidgey or not.

Ooooh, this looks really good! And really interesting for an unofficial Pokemon game. I'm not usually interested in unofficial things because a lot of the time they seem lacking, but what you've shown here looks really good.

The same thing happens to me with the unofficial versions of some videogames, however with this one it's really quite cool and complete, you feel the nostalgia of all the games and it's a lot of fun.

No me considero alguien muy fan de Pokemon, pero siempre es nostálgico ver posts de este juego ya que fue uno de los que más jugué cuando tuve mi DS. Los principales fueron Pokemon Negro y Blanco, Rubí y Zafiro.
Creo que se ve bastante cool como para no ser oficial, ¿de casualidad no es el mismo PokeMMO? Tengo un amigo que comenzó a jugarlo no hace mucho.
También me trae mucha nostalgia, admito que extraño jugar en Gamoy y N64 algunos juegos de la primera generación que fueron los que jugué (Rojo y Azul, Stadium y Amarillo) y de verdad me encantaban, espero jugar algunos de generaciones siguientes, me han dicho que Rubí y Zafiro y Negro y Blanco son muy buenos!
PokeMMO es otro juego aunque también fue bastante popular en su momento, es algo parecido e incluso tiene algunas de las mismas regiones que este, pero también posee otras dinámicas un poco distintas. Este es muy genial, tiene para hacer rankeds y además posee muchas cosas parecidas a los juegos clásicos que hacen que la experiencia sea bastante nostálgica,
Ayy i remember this game! Used to play it alot a few years back xD, last i remember they had all the regions up to gen 4, and cool event pokemon (halloween, valantines etc). My favorite part was the mounts and the MMO aspect. You could buy and sell pokemons, items, mounts and so much more!
Might go back and try it again, though i think i forgot my account already haha
Yeah, my boyfriend told me a little bit about how it was, at first it was only two regions but they were adding more, I understand that now it's up to 5 gen. I love the MMO aspect and the fact that I can buy and even sell pokemon (usually rare pokemon) seems interesting to me, as well as buying items, objects to move around the maps, and things like that. I really love it, I understand why it was so popular at the time hahaha.
You could recover your old account and try the game nowadays, I hope you can, it's worth it!
