After a long time I have returned to competitive gaming. I now have an internet that is more stable in terms of ping and that will allow me to talk quietly and spend my evenings as before, best of all, I will be able to work hard again.
The installation was quite expensive in the end. My mother and I visited 3 internet shops and none of them offered the service in my area. I honestly had become unmotivated and didn't want to know anything about the internet. My goal was to resign myself and forget about enjoying it for a while until a good service came along. Anyway, today the technicians finished the installation, although several things happened.
One of the techs almost died today, seriously. It was super crazy, but I was about to have no internet because of an oversight by the worker. He basically touched a wire he wasn't supposed to and got electrocuted, causing it to fall from my roof. Luckily one of his coworkers was there and was able to hold him up. So guys, please always wear gloves and boots, there is only one life.
@gabrielserra and @oldfool were the first to play with me to test the latency and be able to see how much ping I had. To my surprise i was the carry of the team in our first game of Valorant. Mind you, we got trashed afterwards, we were matched up with some really good people, but the internet flowed decently, with some packet loss, but nothing compared to before.
I also got to play a few games of Fortnite together with @oldfool and we had a lot of fun. He and I had no lag, so we smashed a lot of players. There was one game where we almost came in first place, but we weren't careful enough.
Now there will be a lot of League Of Legends content coming and probably Valorant. My goal will be the following: Recover the money I spent on my new internet service and then finish covering my health expenses to finally flee the country. This internet is a short-medium term investment. Maybe @therealflaws will welcome me with open arms or maybe with a punch in the face. We'll see hahaha. I'm pretty sure my old internet will be back soon and I'll probably want to shoot myself in the balls, always happen to me those things.
I also want to update you guys in HiveLand. I've been playing very little at the moment, but I'll be very active on the server soon. Other events with rewards are coming soon, so be prepared. We will soon create a Discord to be able to inform you about server changes and to be able to add the necessary mods for everyone to have on hand without having to tag everyone. I plan to add certain days where you can only roleplay and the one who best fits your character will receive a reward or two. Soon I will bring you much better content. Después de mucho tiempo he vuelto a los juegos competitivos. Actualmente dispongo de un internet que es más estable en temas de ping y que me permitirá hablar tranquilo y pasar mis noches como antes, lo mejor de todo es que podré volver a trabajar duro.
La instalación al final fue bastante costosa. Mi madre y yo visitamos 3 locales de internet y ninguno ofrecía el servicio en mi zona. Sinceramente me había desmotivado y no quería saber nada acerca del internet. Mi meta era resignarme y olvidarme de disfrutar por un tiempo hasta que un buen servicio apareciera. En fin, hoy los técnicos terminaron la instalación, aunque pasaron varias cosas.
Uno de los técnicos casi muere hoy, en serio. Fue super loco, pero estuve a punto de no tener internet a causa de un descuido del trabajador. Básicamente tocó un cable que no debía y se electrocutó, haciendo que se cayera desde mi techo. Por suerte uno de sus compañeros estaba ahí y pudo sostenerlo. Así que chicos, por favor, siempre usad guantes y botas, solo existe una vida.
@gabrielserra y @oldfool fueron los primeros en jugar conmigo para probar la latencia y poder ver cuanto ping tenía. Para mi sorpresa fui el carry del equipo en nuestra primera partida de Valorant. Eso sí, después nos destrozaron, nos emparejaron con gente muy buena, pero el internet fluyó decente, con algo de perdidas de paquetes, pero nada en comparación a antes.
También pude jugar unas partidas de Fortnite junto a @oldfool y nos divertimos bastante. Él y yo no teníamos lag, así que destrozamos a muchos jugadores. Hubo una partida en la que casi quedamos de primer lugar, pero no fuimos lo suficientemente cuidadosos.
Ahora se vendrá mucho contenido de League Of Legends y probablemente Valorant. Mi meta será la siguiente: Recuperar el dinero que gasté en mi nuevo servicio de internet y luego terminar de cubrir mis gastos en salud para finalmente huir del país. Este internet es una inversión corto-medio plazo. Tal vez @therealflaws me reciba con los brazos abiertos o tal vez con un puñetazo en la cara. Ya lo veremos hahaha. Estoy casi seguro que mi viejo internet volverá pronto y probablemente querré dispararme en las bolas, siempre me pasan esas cosas a mi.
También quiero actualizarlos en HiveLand. Actualmente he jugado muy poco, pero pronto estaré muy activo en el servidor. Otros eventos con recompensas se vendrán pronto, así que prepárate. Pronto crearemos un Discord para poder informarlos acerca de los cambios del servidor y poder añadir los mods necesarios para que todos los tengan a la mano sin necesidad de etiquetarlos a todos. Planeo añadir ciertos días en donde solo se podrá rolear y el que mejor se acople a su personaje recibirá una que otra recompensa. Pronto les traeré mucho y mejor contenido. Hermano el dia a dia en tu vida es muy incierto, siempre te pasa algo distinto hahaha, pero me alegro un mundo que ya podamos jugar bien, luego de tantas noches esperando hasta super tarde para poder jugar bien. Felicidades amigo.

Tu odisea por un mejor internet fue muy variada y casi termina con la muerte de un trabajador descuidado ( menos mal no paso a mayores). ahora por fin a disfrutar del Online como deber ser y poder jugar al valorant jaja.

Hey @perceval que brutal que ya tengas mejor internet y que el Pana de la instalación no le haya pasado nada malo además del gran susto que se metió por descuidado.
Brutal que estés preparando cosas nuevas y lo de HIVELAND no lo he podido jugar como te conté hace unas semanas jajaja tuve problemas para comprar el juego lo bueno es que ya me regresaron el dinero y nada me lo gaste en otro juego. Quizás me lo compré a finales del próximo mes y me aventure por tú servidor.

Whenever there is a worker cutting down tree limbs or working on the electrical lines I try and keep an eye out for them incase they suddenly require assistance. Glad to hear your internet is back and you're back to gaming!

Me alegra que finalmente tengas un internet que te permita hacer tu contenido a gusto, pero me alegra muchísimo más que el técnico esté bien y no le haya pasado mayor cosa, pudo haber terminado en una tragedia.
