Yes, you'll definitely come out of the one at my house, most likely.
That's because the nether portals have their coordinates and they will always teleport you to the nearest/closest portal to the one you used in either worlds.

Remember 1 block in nether is equal to 8 blocks in the overworld. 🙂

So in other to teleport correctly to the one you created, you'll need to do some mathematics 😅
