Comando Tracer is a shoot'em up game for Amstrad, among other systems, published by Dinamic in 1988.
The MOXAT Corporation was very optimistic when it implemented the Dergon AI system in its robots. Unfortunately, the result was not what they expected, and their machines conquered the Xator Confederation thanks to their superior intelligence.
It is imperative to eliminate the planets invaded by these creatures. Powerful explosives have been secretly placed on them all this time, now all that remains is to find someone who dares to detonate them.

For this purpose, our command has been equipped with a highly maneuverable all-terrain vehicle, even capable of self-propulsion. It has heavy armor and a powerful cannon with which we can repel hostile threats.
A total of three worlds await us for destruction. The only way to achieve this is by activating the bombs planted for this purpose. To initiate their detonation sequence, it will be necessary to supply them with energy using ionic batteries.
The Dergon androids are aware of our presence and will not be easily defeated. Waves of killer machines of varying shapes will relentlessly harass us, with the sole objective of completely disintegrating our transport.
Fortunately, the MOXAT industry will provide us with logistical support. It has distributed the necessary batteries to arm the explosives throughout all the invaded planets, along with different types of elements that will help us complete our mission.
As soon as we activate the first detonator, a countdown begins until its explosion. If we aren't quick enough with the others and can't escape in time, we'll be reduced to cosmic dust along with the planet.
