Just like any other building in #Cryptobrewmaster Grain Field works the same. Rent, Repair and Produce. As mentioned earlier in other posts you need Brewing Water to produce the resources.
You can produce 3 things in the Grain Field 2 Row Barley, 6 Row Barley and Wheat.
Now these ingredients are used to produce 2 Row Barley Malt, 6 Row Barley Malt and Wheat Malt. It's good to get enough resources before hiring the Malt House.
In this post you will learn about the Rent, Cost per production, Repair Cost. The Repair costs keep changing from 0.9 CBM to 1.05 CBM. Let's get started
As other building you can rent the Building from 1 Day to 28 Days. Rent details in the screen shot below.
Once you rent the Grain Field you can produce any of the below 1 at a time. If you select 2 Row Barley you have to wait till it's produced to start 6 Row Barley or Wheat.
Each ingredients take different time to produce starting from 60, 70 and 80. Production time for each resources listed below.
2 Row Barley
6 Row Barley
Wheat
After each production your building is damaged and need to repair it. However the quality does not change after 1st produce. But I recommend repairing it after every produce.
Next I will show you the % of quality that you will receive with different water when building is at 100%. You can see the quality % at the bottom of the building.
With Neutral / ⚪ Brewing Water
With Good / 🟢 Brewing Water
With Outstanding / 🔵 Brewing Water
With Excellent / 🟣 Brewing Water
With Masterpiece / 🟠 Brewing Water
You can always select to Produce the resources quickly by selecting the Finish Now Option. I normally don't use it but you can. Below is the cost of # Finish Now for each resource.
If you are wondering if you need this building my answer would be yes if you are planning to rent the Malt House and producing the Malts to manufacturer Beer.
Now that we have an idea on how the building works below are some calculations to show you the Cost per Resource. I will give 3 different calculations as there are 3 resources and the time required is different.
Each resources will be calculated for 24 hours but you can always chose to produce different resources which will change the scenario and complicate the calculations. 😇😝😜🤣
Cost Calculation:
Rent per day is 12 CBM and Repair costs 0.9 CBM for all the resources which is constant
2 Row Barley:
Time to produce = 60 Minutes
Assuming you can produce 14 per day
14 x 1.05 (Repair) = 14.7 CBM per day
12 CBM Rent + 14.7 CBM Repair ÷ 14 Resources = 1.9 CBM
Cost of 2 Row Barley considering above example is 1.9 CBM Per Resource.
6 Row Barley:
Time to produce = 70 Minutes
Assuming you can produce 13 per day
13 x 1.05 (Repair) = 13.65 CBM per day
12 CBM Rent + 13.65 CBM Repair ÷ 13 Resources = 1.97 CBM
Cost of 2 Row Barley considering above example is 1.97 CBM Per Resource.
Wheat:
Time to produce = 80 Minutes
Assuming you can produce 12 per day
12 x 1.05 (Repair) = 12.60 CBM per day
12 CBM Rent + 12.60 CBM Repair ÷ 12 Resources = 2.05 CBM
Cost of Wheat considering above example is 2.05 CBM Per Resource.
