Miguel O'Hara y el Spiderman del universo Ultimate cada uno por su cuenta se enfrenta a su enemigo correspondiente derrotando cada uno tanto a Hobgoblin como al nuevo y potenciado Electro, recuperando uno a uno los fragmentos de la tableta del caos.

Una vez que nuestros héroes ya han recolectado varios fragmentos de la tableta, vemos como misterio regresa al museo para robar mas artefactos mágicos y poderosos, pero es ahí cuando se entera de la existencia de otros Spiderman y de lo que han estado haciendo en otros universos así que se pone en marcha a planear otra jugada para poder acabar con nuestros héroes......... Por otro lado Amazing Spiderman sigue con su misión de recolectar los fragmentos esta vez lo vemos luchando en contra de Sandman quien esta usando el poder de la tableta para hacerse mas grande y en el proceso perdió la cordura llegando incluso a desarrollar personalidades múltiples.
Spiderman utiliza barriles de agua para vencer Flint Marco y así recuperar un fragmento más de la tableta del caos.
