The thing about most indie games also is that they don't require heavy hardware which most people simply don't have as it has gotten unaffordable with the prices these days. This is the only time in history where console prices 5 years after release are going up and not a little bit. There are plenty of AAA+ games that I want to play (Half Life Alyx is high on that list) but I stick mostly to playing indie games on my steamdeck that I bought at the big black friday discount.
Slay the spire is a real classic, I finished it a 2nd time just some days ago.
